      Staff: The receptionists were great. When I called with questions, they returned my calls promptly. Latessa was awesome! She did a great job with the Obituary as well as with communication. The employee who I worked with, Dawn, is the sole reason I gave three stars. She came across as someone who doesn't care and is all about money versus treating people with honesty, respect, and integrity. She’s very insensitive and her non verbals are unprofessional. Services: The services exceeded my expectation. The staff were nice and everything turned out great. They had everything set up beautifully. Pricing: As a tip, make sure you're getting what you're paying for. The online information and the information that is printed out on paper are not the same so I had to bring that to their attention. They honored the prices that were online and fixed the charges but who has time for that when you're going through a difficult time? Overall: I wish I would've went somewhere else because they just added to my stress

      (TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE) Lies, stolen Document and Time!! Read about my Family's Experience- DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!Hello,My family and I have recently utilized your service to cremate my father (***********************). Our experience with your services and staff was below average unfortunately. We paid Walker (Mt. Healthy office) for expedited services so that your team would receive funds as soon as possible through Express Funeral Fundin. When we signed the walker contract with your Rep we specifically requested 2 Death Certificates to be sent to myself and my sister. Dawn collected both of our addresses and told us the FINAL price for the service and added fees which we then agreed and signed the contract. Eventually I did receive my death certificate BUT my sister never received her copy even though we had SEVERAL conversations with your Walker staff, no resolution was ever implemented, they only admitted to forgetting to order the second Death certificate that we requested and lied about sending out the promised Death certificate to my sister who is in fact still waiting on a follow-up call from your staff. The staff also told me on 2 separate occasions that because of this office error they would be paying out of pocket for the Death certificate and processing it so that my sister would be receiving her copy. This never happened and we end up going downtown to purchase a Death certificate on our own. At this point your team made and admitted to this error they were also very rude to us during some of these conversations but still got paid for services never rendered. Furthermore, I was told by your staff that the Death certificate was sent to the insurance company on 1/12/22 and keep in mind your staff was pain in full between 12/19/21 to 12/25/2021. We paid for extra money for EXPEDITED services and did not receive efficient service.

      They were extremely unprofessional, unorganized and had a lack the of compassion for my family. They were supposed to provide a live stream for loved ones who were unable to attend the funeral or didn't feel comfortable enough to attend due to covid and this never occurred. When I called in to check on the live stream one of the people handling the phones was extremely rude. After he stated the stream was down and a technician was working on it I asked if he could provide an eta. He said he didn't have one to which I replied that's fine but can you check with the technician which apparently agitated him enough to tell me I was being argumentative for asking him to check on the service that their funeral home was supposed to provide. He then hung up on me abruptly mid conversation as I was trying to understand how anything I could have said or asked him to do was being combative. Another member of the family called to try and find out the same thing and was told that the stream wouldn't be up but that they would post the service later which also never happened. Come to find out at this location not a single person saw a camera to even record anything or stream so they lied about having this capability for our service. Other members of my family were met with rude customer service. The sisters of the diseased were made to stand out in the cold until "the family" arrived as if being her sister was not enough. Some members of the family were faced with attitude and short answers when asking questions about the service and when trying to line up to follow the hearse to the burial sight. I would NEVER recommend using this funeral home. Save your money as these people shouldn't even be in this business with how they treat their patrons.
