      Same issues with not getting phone calls returned as others filing complaints. Finally settled a bill with their third party collectors when I didn't believe I owed anything. I didn't want to effect my credit rating. Settled in January of 2022 and now getting a bill for a dollar and a two cent late penalty. This time I'll let it go to the credit reporting agencies and perhaps they will get to the bottom of it when I dispute it with them. Hope this helps others.

      I went to this office today for a scheduled appointment. I have had problems with the receptionist in the past dealing with her cancelling my appointment and not calling me. This same person took my appointment over the phone and told me today that insurance will not pay for my visit because it was scheduled too soon.

      Just got a letter from ***** * *****. , A debt collection agency regarding an unpaid account to Family Dental Care Assoc. . The amount of $55.78 was penalty fee for failure to keep 2 appointments approximately 3 years ago. The first instance was at their ********** office at *** * ****** **. ***** the second issue was at their ******** office at **** ******** **** *****. At the first appointment at the ********** office after waiting for more then an hour I was informed the dental hygenist had to go home sick and I'd have to reschedule. I rescheduled first with the ********* office but called and decided to change to the ******** office about a week before the appointment. I cancelled the ********* appointment and gave the ******** office my dental insurance info and they said they took my insurance . When I got to my appointment at the ******** office they then said they did not take my dental insurance plan at that office. In both instances Family Dental Care was at fault, not me.
