If I could select more than 5 stars then I would! Ben S. is truly an outstanding person. He did an inspection of our chimney and you would have thought this was his own home because of the care and concern he had for our safety. He spent so much time here and thought through all of the scenarios and issues. He walked us through everything so we fully understood our situation and gave us several solutions to choose from. He even checked how our hot water heater had been installed and found that they didn't vent it properly. It never even occurred to me that our hot water heater vents up through our chimney! I cannot express in words how impressed I am with Ben. He is very intelligent, experienced, compassionate, and honest. You know from the minute he greets you that he has your best interests at heart. He also told me that Chimney Works treats their employees well, which gives them a sense of ownership and pride and makes me happy doing business with them. It's a terrible feeling when you meet an outstanding employee who isn't valued or rewarded by their employer. I'm grateful that I discovered this company and look forward to doing business with them for years to come.

This company's customer service truly stinks! They did a chimney cleaning for us and told us we needed a repair to our chimney. That's fine, so we schedule them to come out to do the chimney work. My husband had to take off work for them to come do the work and at the last minute they called us and asked us to rechedule due to the technician had a "family emergency" and called off work. They then rescheduled us for 3 weeks later, which I think is very poor customer service, since they cancelled they should have either offered to come out sooner than 3 weeks or give us a discount on our chimney work or something, but they said that's the soonest they could get to us. So, we decided to wait the 3 weeks for our appointment and again my husband had to take off work without pay for the appointment. They were supposed to come out in the afternoon on that day after 12:00. We waited and waited for them to come repair the chimney that day, so we decided to call them at about 2:00 to see what time they were coming. We were then informed that no one was coming today because the technician called off due to a "family emergency". We asked why no one called us to let us know and were told that someone did call us. Which is not true because no one called us at all. The lady we spoke with was very insincere and unapologetic for them lying and also not coming out again after they made us wait 3 weeks from the first cancellation by them. She just stated that there is no one available to come out and all we could do was reschedule and if we didn't want to that was fine too. They are very not customer oriented or friendly and it didn't matter that they put us out twice for my husband missing work with no pay. I would not do business with these people anymore! Again, absolutely no customer service at all.

We had to reschedule a couple times which left me questioning their business. But when Jeremy came to do our chimney sweep he was awesome! He explained everything as he went, and was very thorough. It was worth the wait! I recommend them 100%

Ben was the most pleasant person I have met in a while. He was a blessing to my family! He took the time to explain what was going on with the fireplace and gave me an honest answer to my questions, even though it was not the answer I was looking for. He went over all my options and gave very professional advice. Ben was compassionate and understood my situation. But the thing that stood out the most was his christian appearance and attitude. I am so glad I found this company they are a blessing!

We had Chimney Works come out to clean our unique, double sided wood burning fireplace in our new home. Jeremy did a great job in not only cleaning it, but showing detailed video of what issues it has and the options to correct. He was professional and on time. Great service - would recommend!

Chimney Works completed some restoration on our exterior chimney, and cleaned it too. Their work was A+ on both jobs. We especially appreciated their chimney sweep/mason, Ben S. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. We've already recommended Chimney Works to friends.
