On June 27, 2022 my mother and I went into Howard's Kitchen Studio at 41200 Plan=inville Road 45227. We ourchased a 36 inch dual fuel range for $ 1.065.06 whihc included delivery and installation. The appliance was 1/3 of the price and avertised as a closeout. I asked about the pricing and a service plan. Mark K***** assured me that it was not needed. Well, he was wrong the oven worked for less than a month! I Clld and they sent *** ********* out to look at the appliance. The serviceman left without saying a word so I called A-1. They direce=ted me to callHoward's Kitchen Studio, just to be told that the part(s) was unavailable. Mark K***** said that they would pick up the unit, delievry and install a new unit and gibve us a credit. Mark sent me two units that would be avaialbale soon once they were ordered. The comparrable unit was 3 times the price of the original purchase. i asked to keep the appliance until we got a repalcement becasue the cooktop did work. When i spoke to Mark, said that they would make good on it. But once i confirmed that we had a new range, I have not heard from him and no one came to pick up the nonworking range. The last email was on 11/22/2022. I paid 3X as much for a ***** 36 inch dual fuel range with a hood and a service plan. I learned my leasson. Mark did not tell us that ***** had stop manuafatcuring and supporting residential appliances. We would have not purchased the appliance if this had been disclosed to us. ******* ****Business response

Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. I am sorry there was a misunderstanding. I thought this was taken care of. Unfortunately, our bookkeeper has been hospitalized often the past 6 months and I didn't realize a check had not been sent. A full refund for $1,065.06, which includes the delivery and installation, will be sent out on Saturday April 8.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
