Yes . Arranged a quick pickup from the hospital and processed. Got the certificate with in couple of weeks. I surely recommend this.

This company was absolutely beyond belief. We had to go in early for medical care, only to find out we needed to be induced, but had not called StemBanc yet to set up an account or do anything. I explained the situation to the Rep on the phone and he said that they could overnight the package to me with tracking, and it would be there in the morning by 8am. I was then told that as soon as the item shows it has been received, that he would personally call me to ensure it was in my hands. The next morning, a knock came at our delivery room door and it was a box. The box was marked by StemBanc as urgent and it had my name on it. Upon being handed the box, my phone rang, and it was the gentleman from StemBanc calling to ensure I had possession of the package. We then gave birth, followed the instructions and the package was quickly picked up by a courier and returned to Stembanc's lab for processing the next day. This whole process was a highly stressful time in our life and StemBanc helped put our mind at ease by making the process with them as easy as possible. I have never experienced customer service at this level before. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone who delivers a child (for so many reasons). Lastly, they made it affordable by offering longer storage that their competitors, for a lesser price...a no-brainer, followed by allowing us to finance the account at no additional charge to us, making this extremely affordable. Our family is forever grateful to the entire team at Stembanc!Stembanc Inc.
