On September 12, 2021 I purchased a PA system online from today’sclassroom.com. The total price advertised plus tax was $1,330.32. (This was charged to my bank account) I was informed by the website that I would be notified of a shipping cost it would be asked if I excepted or not. I’m today September 14, 2021 I received an email from ************************ that the price on the website was completely wrong and the actual price that should’ve been charged is $2,722.50. And asked if I still want the shipping quote. This is an absolute bait and switch. And the worst thing about it is he already has my money. As far as I’m concerned it’s thievery.Business response

To Whom This May Concern,
Here is the email we received from the customer:
"You have already charged me with the price that was quoted for that product. Which is absolutely no fault of mine. So either send me the product for the price that I’ve already paid or return the money immediately in full. And I don’t want any 7 to 10 day ********* I want the money returned Immediately. Also the Better Business Bureau will hear about this."
If the order is placed online with a credit or debit card, the system will charge that card. We refunded him as soon as he asked us to. In addition, it is the credit card processor ******** that we use that takes 3 to 5 business days to refund a card. This isn't something that Today's Classroom can control and it is common for refunds to take a few days.
This year is unprecedented in regards to price changes. There are more this year than any other year (more than one price increase in a month sometimes), and we aren't able to keep up. We are changing them as fast as we can.
