We had a very positive experience with Ryan and his team. After losing our Mom last summer, we were finally ready to let go of her house this winter, a process we dreaded. Our experience with Global Real Estate Solutions was much different than expected. There was no pressure to sell, Ryan simply visited the property, made a fair offer considering some of the repairs and updates needed, and he and his team took care of everything else. They even paid closing costs. We simply had to show up and sign closing documents a few weeks later. After having settled Mom's estate, to my surprise, selling her home was by far the easiest part of the process. Many thanks to Ryan and his team! From the first phone call through the closing, the team members were polite and professional. The process was easy, quick and painless. Even after closing Ryan followed up after finding a cherished photo in a closet and ensured that it was returned to us. Definitely went above and beyond.
