Stayed at bryan inn on 10/1/2022. Checked in late and the last place with open room. I woke up late passed check out time. The workers were pounding on the door demanding us to get out. I informed them that I was getting our stuff around and would be out asap. Never have I had a hotel treat me this way. I hurried and got our belongings together and took a quick shower. While in the shower I noticed black mold half way up the shower curtain. And all around shower head. The room was filthy upon arrival but mom of three with her three I was exhausted. And passed out. Mind you I didn't notice the shower curtain till we were already being demanded to leave. So after gathering our things and getting out of the room. I went o talk to the manager. She refused to refund any money nothing. Infact t She was rude as she could be. She was unshowered and not wearing under garments. Her appearance was not at all professional nor was the way she spoke to me. When I asked to please have the owners I do she told me that she was one of the owners. At that point I just gave up. She was yelling at me to leave the property. So I began to leave she then followed through the property yelling for e to leave the property.Business response

First of all they did not sleep in late. They were in the office at 9 o'clock eating breakfast. At that time she did that at all mention to me that there were any issues with the room. In fact the they smiled and talked to me a bit. At this time she did ask what time was check out time and I told her 11 o'clock. There was no mention of needing extra time in the room. Check out is at 11 o'clock. About 11:20 my staff mentioned to me that the people were still in the room. I told them to go tell them I need them to leave soon, my staff need to work with cleaning that room to get ready for a customer who coming in later that day. My staff was told they were waiting for a ride and leaving soon. At 11:45 they were still in that room. I told my staff to tell them they had to leave the room and they can wait outside, which is an open area. Few minutes later ******* came to the office and was complaining about the room and demanding a refund. She had already stayed the night, there was not complaint about the room the night they came in and no complaint about the room when them came for breakfast. I told her that she will not be given a refund, she already stayed the night in the room. During this time, ******* became very rude and disrespectful towards me and saying very unkind words. At that point I insisted and was firm that she leave property immediately and she told me no and told me to stay away from her. She told me not to follow her but I did follow her to make certain she left the property with her 3 grown boys but kept a safe distance. I was concerned that she was angry enough to possibly cause damage to the property both outside and inside the room. She kept yelling at me and telling me that she was not going to leave the property and that I do not own the property. I told her yes I owed the property and that I still wanted her to be off the property. She did not leave the property until 12:15
