      Absolute trash! We were sold a washer/dryer combo. The washer lasted less than 1 year before it malfunctioned. We had bought the extended warranty and called on it when the washer broke. The repairman has been out SEVEN times to fix the same issue over three months. We've been patient and professional throughout, believing that the extended warranty sold to us for hundreds of dollars would resolve the issue. Not once has the washer worked following any of the service visits. Home Appliance claims it is up to the warranty company to make the situation right, but the warranty company is saying they won't replace the washer. Furthermore, we've asked Home Appliance several times for the warranty company's contact information and they won't provide it. In summation, they've sold us a hunk of junk and charged us for a worthless warranty. We're stuck and they refuse to help. We've even offered to have them pickup the washer and we'd pay for the difference on a more-dependable model and they haven't budged. Avoid this place at all costs. Additionally, have fun trying to reach them. They never pick up their phones and their voicemails are full.

      Par for the course that the **** location does not show up on this websitebut I believe this Home Appliance Sale and Service chain is one in the same.We spent $13,000 on new appliances in 2020. Followed up this summer to request a trim piece to cover edging on the cooktop and stove. The store was to order the piece in early July. We have been to the store at least 4 times, left repeated voice mails and emails to follow up on the order and it is a #%$& show. We cannot get anyone (front desk, sales person or a manager) to follow up. Employee retention is horribleand unfortunately, it is damaging their reputation. And no one seems to care.So VERY disappointing. I would NEVER refer a friend (or enemy) to purchase anything from this store. Buyer beware!

      We are terribly sorry to hear about your poor customer ********************** experience at our **** location and that you were not able to locate our **** location on our website. We were able to verify that all three of our locations do show on the website, so were not sure where the issue occurred.Since we opened 60 years ago, weve grown our business on our reputation and offering a great customer experience. We take our customer ********************** and reputation very seriously and strive to provide the highest quality of service. Unfortunately, we are also experiencing the same angst as many other small businesses when it comes to staffing and, in the process, weve dropped the ball and didnt take care of your issue in the manner it should have been handled. Weve left several messages since September 1st, in an attempt to correct the issue. If you give us the opportunity, we will try to make it right. Please give us a call if you still need assistance.
