We purchased a GE refrigerator and it was delivered on May 10, 2022. On May 31 it quit working. We called ******* and **** came out to look at it the same day. He said it was an issue GE would need to look at. A tech from Rapid Repair came out on June 2. He stated that it was probably a compressor issue. Parts would need to be ordered which would take a week. It is now almost 2 weeks and no repair yet. We have called GE to get a whole new refrigerator and they said if it can be fixed it would be. We feel that after paying $3500.00 for a refrigerator we should get a new one. We did not pay big money for a repaired one. We are retired folks and money is tight for us. Please help us if you can. Have been trying to reach out to GE and it was supposed to be sent up the latter. Everything has to come through GE. GE came out to look at it and they order some parts. We have not heard back from GE. It would be GE that would need to fix it or replace it.
