On or about 12/08/2020 Action Now treated my neighbors property at **** ***** ** ************. for termite damage found by a building inspector during a real estate sale. The employee of that company placed four termite stakes on my property, without my permission. This was done because I feel because the landscape between my property and the neighbors house is all very large gravel. this however is no reason to cross a stone wall and place stakes "seven" feet in my yard. When I found them I ask my neighbor about this and he had no knowledge of the stakes being there. He told his real estate agent who in turn told the company which sent an employee who placed new stakes properly on the neighbors property. I have tried contacting the company and was told that someone return my call but no one has returned it yet.. I have removed these stakes, sealed them in bags and locked them up. I have no way of knowing what they contain. I want them picked up and removed.Business response

To whom it may concern,
This letter is in response to a complaint from ******* ***** We were not aware that there was ever a problem with our service. These services were completed on December 8, 2020.
We investigated this problem on May 6th 2021. We came to realize many people were involved in this because this property was sold to someone else.
We reached out to *** **** and have agreed to schedule an appointment to pick up the termite stations and repair any damages to his yard.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I* ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have reviewed the response from *** ******r and find it insulting. They were aware of a problem in March when the real estate agent who hired them made them aware that they had placed stakes in my yard. Sometime between 03/29/2021 and 05/01/2021 they sent a tech. to place termite stakes on the correct property. As stated in my complaint, they did not return my phone call until the BBB contacted them. I need for someone to explain how such disregard for someone's property is acceptable. I will gladly resolve this matter when they pay me for such blatant disregard and explain to my satisfaction how it happened!
