    I ordered my CPAP supplies from Cornerstone Medical Services - Midwest LLC and received the products. Once I received them, I priced checked the products against online sellers. ************ prices where, in some cases, five times the internet pricing - even after the insurance deducts.
    BUYER BEWARE - they charge way more than you can buy directly from online suppliers.

    INCIDENT 1: I share opinions already posted re: inefficicency of this company. They got my 2/28/23 order for a face mask, and ADDED AT THEIR INITIATIVE a tubing element I did not order. I got their return label for the non-ordered item, and returned the non-ordered item, keeping the 3/1/23 *** receipt, and *** Tracking showing proof of delivery on 3/9/23. I called 2X protesting the continued presence of $7.70 on my bill for this fully returned item. Answer both times, "We'll have to check with the warehouse to confirm it was returned." I asserted, "Not my problem. I didn't order it; I returned it right away with the shipping lable you provided, It's not my problem if your warehouse didn't record it's receipt. I'm not paying for something I didn't order, and which I properly returned, with evidence of that return." They didn't even ask me to send proof of return delivery receipt. Just "We'll have to check with the warehouse." Result? No action in 9 months. My account still wrongly reports, $7.70 past due. INCIDENT 2: The company frequently calls soliciting new orders like they're anxious for business. In an order this Fall, I ordered some items; it took 5 weeks, and repeated contacts to get PART of the order, and at their own initiative, they dropped one of the items off the order. DESPITE OPERATING UNDER THE NEW UMBRELLA ENTITITY OF ***********, this company is one of the worst at order-fulfillment efficiency I have EVER encounted. The distrust shown toward me as a customer, and the repeat errors and inefficiency have stunned me, in this age when companies like ****** have completed accurate and timely deliveries to my doorstep again and again and again, and in case of the few errors, have quickly rectified them within days. But Cornerstone/Adapt Health have not corrected their error in 9 months!! I'm ordinarily very patient, but this level of non-performance has completelly stunned & puzzled me.

    Terrible experience "working" with this company to replenish my CPAP supplies. For starters, it took weeks to get the process going to re-order my supplies. To make matters worse, they over charged me for items I did not request. For example, they stated (and billed me for) 6 nose pillows when I only ordered (and received) one set. Calling their billing department was a nightmare as I was on hold over 10 minutes only to speak to someone who told me there is nothing they can do because they have a confirmation number of the purchase request. I am so frustrated right now. They are clearly taking advantage of me and I am confident I am not the only one. I will NEVER do business with them again. So much time wasted on the phone only to be over charged and disappointed.
