This company was consulted about a leak in our kitchen. The reason we needed the roof. They gave us an estimate and did the roof. Luckily my husband was inspecting the job as they went along. There was plywood that was rotted, and the company was about to roof right over that. We have no problem paying for the extra repairs. Although the owner said, my husband was being cheap and did not want to pay for the plywood. They also failed to replace the gutter guards. The company had to be called to come back out. Now the kitchen remains to leak. We just spent $2000 more on our roof today. This is absolutely uncalled for and disturbing. Apparently they did not put the flashing on estimate and did not do new flashing. Which was the only reason for the need for repair. He is the roofer I am the customer he was well aware that the flashing needed to be replaced. It has actually leaked ever since the roof was replaced. Name of owner Nugie T*** I think This company should pay the 2000$!!! Now the drywall needs assessed!!! There were other problems that were fixed.

I attached the contract.  WE did everything listed on this contract.   I still have pictures.   Plywood was not listed on the contract.  We did the job Oct 1st of 2021 and OCt 2nd of 2021.  We chose these days because the husband ***** wanted to be there.   I was there the entire time and ***** was there coming in and out of the house and I was communicating with *****.  I sent ***** pictures as we went and sent pictures to ******.   They have bad counter flashings into the brick.   We did not change that.   It was another expense of $3500 to replace counter flashings into the bricks.   ***** did not want to pay for that.   I have text messages from ****** asking me to paint the counter flashings because ***** wanted them painted.   I said I would do that, but they chose not to do that.   We replaced bad plywood.   I sent all pics to ***** and ******.  I still have the pictures.   They have bad bricks and bad counter flashings into the brick.   We installed all new gutter guards and I have those pictures also of the gutter guards that we installed.   The new Shingles are not causing this leak.   They are just trying to be slick and get someone to pay for things they do not want to pay for as a homeowner.   That is the truth.

I have attached emails to ****** and she responds and says she mis-read what we are doing.   I clarified that to her.   She chose not to do it and they were trying to get me to replace more plywood too.   I have those emails too.   We would love to fix the counter flashings on the brick.   They just chose not to do anything in regards to the counter flashings on the bricks.  I have more emails to ******.   Both the emails I have attached are very clear and she seems to understand.   I am not sure what else I need to do.   IT is August 2023 and you can see in the emails attached that we were discussing this back in 2021.     Seems very odd they waited until now to fix something that needed fixed?  WE would love to help if they need help.

I had vision Technologies roofing and siding put a new roof on my house. My porch roof is flat so they installed a rolled roofing. After the install I noticed they didn’t install the adhesive membrane under the rolled roofing so it was just loose and every time it has stormed it has been blown up. I contacted the owner Nugie Tyra III 4 different time and each time he refused to do it correctly and just kept putting screws through the roofing. The roofing is damaged from the wind ripping it from the screws. He even put some type of sticky tape across the seams and the wind blew that up as well. After the wind blew the tape up he came back and now I have counted over 160 exposed screws going through my roof. He claims it will not blow up now but with that many holes I now have to worry about water leaking into the roof and doing more damage. This roof cost me 10,034 and I’m more worried about the new roof then the 20+ year old rolled that was on my house. He claimed that someone was getting on the roof and messing with it and said maybe I should call the police and I told him the wasn’t true and he then blamed me of tearing up something I paid $10,034 for. The roof has a 15 year workmanship warranty and the owner told me not to contact him again and that he would not come back to my house again.

This Homeowner is trying to commit insurance fraud.   He claims an awning was ripped off his house.  He called insurance and got insurance to pay for a new roof on his own.  We replaced the roof and installed roll roofing of two squares on the front porch roof because it is a 2/12 pitch.   Insurance paid for the entire job for a free roof  and new gutter and new awning and the homeowner actually pocketed money.   He is attempting to commit insurance fraud and I want no part of helping him any longer.   He did not spend any money out of his pocket and the insurance company sent him money for the awning and gutter and he has yet to replace either.   He continues to climb on his roof and pull up on the roll roofing, which is on the small front porch.  IT is bizarre behavior.   I went out and secured it with rubber gasket screws, so the homeowner would stop pulling on the roll roofing.   He is climbing on his roof and spray painting a foa chimney partially too and marring up the new shingles with foot traffic.   That is not okay and is hurting the laminated shingles.   It  is bizarre behavior and this report is bizarre that he is asking for a full refund.    What is wrong?   IS there a leak?   IF the homeowner wants to use another product like CAP and BASE SHEET THEN HE CAN DO THAT.   He needs to go buy the materials or it would cost $500.00 total for the CAP AND BASE SHEET and I can install CAP and BASE SHEET FOR FREE instead of the roll roofing.    Thank you!
