Rain One's installation of our irrigation system went very well. The large crew worked together like a well-oiled machine to install the underground piping and equipment. And just like their previous work at our home three years ago, when they replaced exterior pipes carrying water from downspouts, the lawn looked pretty much undisturbed because the crew either tunneled below the surface or neatly replaced sod that had to be removed.*****, the team leader who led our previous project did an excellent job leading the crew, installing the electronics and explaining how the controller and rain sensor worked. He also talked to us, then to our electrician on the phone, about an outlet that needed to be replaced for permanent power to the controller.The sales **** ************************ who we had also met on the previous job, explained the new system when he came for the proposal. A nice surprise was when he told us a raised flower bed could also have irrigation because Rain One had installed piping in that bed during the previous job. **** worked with our landscaper on scheduling and arrived before the crew to coordinate with them. While the crew was working, we realized there were two downspouts that needed to be extended to the ground and connected to the exterior piping system. ***** called ****, and within a short time, **** had emailed a contract and the crew installed and connected the downspouts. We were impressed that the equipment needed for this add-on job was on the truck and grateful they could take care of it immediately.After three hours, the installation was finished, and ***** presented us with a pair of lovely wineglasses and a thank you note.The next day, one of the new sprinkler heads had a slow leak. We called Rain One service, and **** (a super nice guy) was at our house less than two hours later. He took care of the problem and explained what had caused it. The crew was respectful of our property, and we enjoyed the way they joked around, especially ***********************. They wore neat Rain One shirts, which added to the impression of professionalism. The friendly office staff handled permits, billing, credit card payments and appointment confirmations efficiently. The new equipment is great. We are very happy with Rain One.
