      I have a Audi Q7 that has been getting work done to it and everything is under warranty and it’s been to the shop 3x every time it take 3-4 Months to get my vehicle back and on 4-12-22 it broke down again

      I believe we currently have the vehicle in the shop and we're attempting to make a warranty repair to it as we speak. If he needs a car we can arrange a loaner car.

      March 5 2022 my car was towed to the Audi dealership in Bedford Ohio on that Monday the dealership sent me an invoice advising I needed a starter and tires and breaks on my 2016 Audi Q5 58000 miles….. I advised that the check oil light kept coming on before the car would not start and my husband had just put oil in the car and it had never done this before. I find out the starter was bad, I asked it this had to do with oil and was he didn’t think so….(due to there was a class action suit opened for the oil light for my vehicle) the man sent me an invoice to complete my starter which said the service was 4 hours 1600 and would be done Friday. I called Friday morning and left a message no answer…. I was paying for a rental car which totaled over 700 for the weeks so I needed to know if my car was complete… I called and kept getting transferred some place that was NOT the Audi of Bedford so I just left work and went to the dealership…. When I got there I was told the part was ordered from Germany and they had no idea when it would be there ….. I asked for a loaner and was told they had nothing ….. the rep said he would call me when the part came to the United States!!! This was NEVER communicated to me until I drove up to the place… I called around to different mechanics because I could not afford to pay for any more rental cars and found one who could complete in a day.. so the next day I go to the dealership to get my car the rep laughed and said he could not help me a they were only doing oil changes when I asked for a manager he said he would not be I’m until Tuesday!!! He advised he would NOT release my car and I needed to pay for the part that was coming from over seas!!

      The lady had a car towed in. We explained thoroughly that it would be a few days before it was looked at. We have, as all businesses do, major staff shortages. She wanted a loaner car! we didn't have one to give her. Our loaner fleet has gone from 42 cars to 23, 50% less today than pre pandemic. We told her that loaner cars are 2 to almost 3 weeks out. We then told her that her part would have to be ordered from Germany as there were none in the U.S warehouses. She didn't like anything we had to say. So she took her car to an aftermarket place. She was frustrated and in a frantic hurry. That is something that is beyond our control at this moment in time. Staff shortages, supply chain issues, getting vehicles into this country issues, parts issues, Ukraine factory issues.

      I have called the dealership 5 times and spoken with their chat agents online 3 days in a row, each time being assured someone would provide me my warranty information. Each time I call I am routed to a mailbox and I leave a message and no one calls me back. It’s been months and I need repairs to my vehicle but do not have the warranty information for the repair shop. The repair shop has also called looking for this information.
