I have been going to The Carwash for years. Easily one of the best experiences I have had at a carwash. The owner, Nick is there and always makes sure I have an amazing experience. I’ve been to other larger businesses where they are never attentive to your problems and don’t have management on site to deal with their customers. At The Carwash, you can tell that they care about their customers and are always there to make your experience perfect. Hand dried, and shining every time you come out of there. Never, ever a bad experience. Once you go there once, you’ll never go anywhere else again.

My parents have been coming here since I was a kid and now I come here as a kid. With multiple car washes in the area this is hands down the best and my favorite. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.

some of my background have not had ticket in 20 years - I also drove a prop police car on the set of" I almost got away with it" I went to this Car Wash- and when I pulled up to get enter into the Wash Area... I ended up waiting for several minutes because the KID person was on their phone not talking to anyone but surfing the internet . When I got in there I told the Young Man that he should not be on the phone because his job is to work at the CAR WASH- I said to the young man that I am not trying to offend you - but this is your job and you are waiting my time while you are not performing you job - and that you'll get further in life by putting in effort to everything you do- Which is a True Statement - Good Advice- At the end of the Car wash there are about 10 or so employees who dry off your car - I alos tip them even this day the Tip was Five Dollars . It is very loud there because of all the machinery / blowers etc. So here I am sitting awaiting the finalization and I HEAR and SEE two guys in the Front who were drying the front of my Ram -- they swing the towels and Say GO ---- Well I always drive like super slow - then I hear someone else yelling- so I stop and then I see the towels waiving me on again...then I hear more yelling from some in the back. At this time I understand that this place is a wreck- Than I hear the Girl The only Girl there Yell ASSHOLE at me- Wow Trying to start a fight with me with ten guys there - I step out on my running board and Say There's no reason to call me a Name- and then all of these guy jump in to say OH the manager says I SAID NO NOT GO-- meanwhile the other guys waived me on with towels and said GO - I then said there is a lack leadership here Why then use GO and NO - I can read lips and see the advancement of waiving me on like when you see a Police officer waive you on- I've given away over $300,000 in donations from my Business Atlas North Construction to my customer over the last 7 years -

I want to start by saying I apologize that you had to experience this. This is a very bad representation of how we operate. Business owner to business owner, we always want to provide the best experience for our customers. Here at The Car Wash, we do our best to train all employees proper customer service and we absolutely do not tolerate profanity. We have around the clock supervision on site, but I will be the first person to tell you that things will still get missed from time to time. Even when running a tight crew. If I am recalling correctly, I believe we briefly talked after this incident happened. I would like you to know that the individual who said those remarks to you was reprimanded and later fired. The employee that was on his phone was written up and warned about his actions. We take all feedback seriously. Good or bad. As you could probably tell, many of our employees are teens. Outside of my managements work duties, we are constantly trying to mentor and teach these kids on how to become young adults. As you probably could imagine, for some individuals it is more challenging. Especially in the past 2 years. Like many employers, it has been very difficult to find ANY employees (good or bad). With such a high turnover rate, sometimes we unknowingly hire bad apple's and it takes time to weed them out. So again, we apologize that you were a victim of this behavior. If you are feeling up to it, next time you are in town please stop by and ask to talk to Nick (Northfield Rd. Location). I would personally like to meet you and treat you to some free car washes for the inconvenience. Thanks. God Bless!
