The manager of this branch, ****, is the single most dishonest person I have dealt with in years. Our issue started the day we pulled out of the lot. The check engine light came on , so I immediately ran the codes at Auto zone. 6 codes where present. We took the car back to ****, without telling him I ran the codes. He said there where NO CODES, and that the problem was a blown fuse in the center console. We where using that plug as we pulled in. I had a long drive to Sharonville, and when we got back, I ran the codes again. This time 9 where present. We agreed to drop the vehicle off to be fixed. He had the car all weekend and did nothing, so he said we could take it while we waited for parts. We have been waiting for parts for a month straight. I just called him this morning, May 11th, and he says we can bring the car in on Monday. I have had an independent inspection, and **** has promised that this is a "good running car" over and over again, and has promised to fix it. We'll see!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/05/19) */ We're sorry that this has been dragged out longer than expected. Even though we sold this vehicle at a discount and as-is we still have agreed to replace the o2 sensor that went bad. Customer was supposed to bring it in on Monday May 17th, but has not yet.
