?? WARNING ?? DO NOT USE THIS MOVING SERVICE. 0 starts if I could!!! Hired them twice the first time was just labor. They came unloaded our uhal and left. That service was fine. Second time oh brother. We started noticing while unpacking our stuff was missing. At first we thought oh its probably on the truck so we called. Sure enough no sign of what we told them would be there. We'll just in case we stared doing inventory. More and more stuff was missing. So here we are gathering a list of things to give to them to pay us back cause the three scumbags that work for them stole from us... Huge red flag was they took a lunch before heading to the new house. It seems innocent enough you know. It's lunch they need to eat before they do the work all over again so to any decent human yeah go take a lunch. NO!!! DON'T LET THEM. Yes the stole things worth money like an Xbox, and tools AND other things but, the most hurtful part of this is that the stole stuff that ?? breaks my heart to lose. My engraved wedding things. My wedding cards, the ?? hearts each guest signed, my china we got as a gift for our wedding. Like what are you gonna do with this ****. If you find a full engraved serving set with flutes that say Joshua & Kimmie R****** these are mine... some things you can't put a price on cause you can't replace them. Shame on these three men who stole from us. No amount of money can make up for this. Take your business some where else or do yourself a favor and watch them like a hawk. The plus side to this is we have video evidence of everything that was put in the truck and video of what was taken off so we will see how much your employees really stole from us.

I wish we had seen these horrible reviews so we could have prevented our equally horrible experience with Two Men and a Truck. Where to begin? Two boys looking like they were in high school showed up late and even though we scheduled and paid them for two hours they abruptly left early totaling a little over one hour. Five minutes in one of the kids took a smoking break, the other kid disappeared for twenty minutes and we don’t know where he went? They did not strap anything into our moving truck so now my husband and I need to finish all the work that they left us with before they were scheduled to leave after doing horrible job. I should have known when the one kid refused to shake my hand when they arrived. I will be fighting to get our money back since my husband did 75% of the work when the “men” were here. What a disgrace. I am mortified at the blatant lack of of professionalism, lazy workers (you only get two so you would hope they don’t disappear to smoke for part of the time you’re paying them) and dishonesty charging a client for two hours and the movers show up late and leave early - if you calculate their drive time into the two hours (which is just ridiculous) you better tell clients that up front. I am mortified. Don’t patronize them and please spread the word. The workers and management lack integrity and they exploit and mislead unsuspecting clients. Disgusted. I hope they go out of business.

Two Men and a Truck took my money I gave him a down payment of $100 to hold the truck but I called to cancel and got another trucking company instead because it was closer and they let me go on the day help me move the day I wanted to move which was a Saturday. Tow company in Vandalia still owes me my coat my hundred dollars and it has been since November of 2021. Two Men and a Truck has not gave given me my hundred dollar deposit that I use on my credit card which I have paid now is going on March 1st and I still have not received my money and I have paid the credit card off. I have send them copies of my bill that I paid them and they know I never use their power never use their company and they still have not paid me my money.

This is the worst moving company ever! Where should I begin?? Price quoted was not what I was charged. Conveniently took more time to do the job so price went up accordingly. Did not pack and move all my belongings. Refused to move all items from storage unit as promised. Moved some items not requested be moved and other items not moved as requested. Who moves a desk and not the desk chair??? Broke wooden storage unit when moving. Boxes were also dropped. Items moved not placed where I specified they be placed. Placed my indoor birdcage outside in the snow. The few boxes from storage that were removed were just dropped in garage, not stacked in a mannerly fashion. Missing some boxes labeled for the kitchen, Severely damaged front door screen while moving items from house. I think one fellow was high on drugs, but have no proof of that.. Very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this moving company at all and I've moved several times in my lifetime.
