      Good day! It's my pleasure to assist you on behalf of Sporty's.

      Thank you for your order. Your concern with the Better Business Bureau was been forwarded to me. It is important that we know if a customer has an issue with any part of our operation.

      I am very sorry we were unable to immediately ship the ****** ** ********** ***** *********, the manufacturer let us both down. I want to assure you, that at any given time, 98% of our products are in stock and available for shipping the same day. Enclosed is a copy of your order with an expected shipping date of September 15th; however, the date is not written in stone. We're sorry for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.

      I have gone to our Accounting Department and they have removed the preauthorization on your account. We do not charge for items until they ship, therefore your credit card was never charged for the Sentrys.

      Your Customer's Statement says, "you cancelled the order” according to our records your order has not been cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order you can contact me at i*****@sportys.com.

      I recognize that you have many shopping options. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and hopefully you will allow us another opportunity to provide you with the quality merchandise and service our customers have come to expect when dealing with Sporty's.

      I have not received any phone calls from any weird numbers so try calling again today I don't understand what you need I sent it to you three times

      I made a purchase from Sporty's Preferred Living and Sporty's Tool Box on-line. After I received the products, Sporty's then sold my name & address to countless catalogue mailing lists. I feel this is an invasion of privacy and why are they allowed to profit from my name & address. When I called 513-735-9000, I interacted with a know it all she said this is a common practice. If I owned a business, I would not want to sell my clients names because Sporty's just lost me as a customer. Maybe this was a practice in the 1980's but one that should not be allowed.

      Order #********. Recently my wife and I decided to order 2 pairs of the Bose A20 headsets with the in-ear buds. When we placed the order, the site told us we would also get 10% off of one of the sets, which we thought was very nice of Sporty’s to do such a unexpected benefit. A week later we have received the two pairs of headsets, and after talking with customer service. The plan is for me to pay to ship the headsets back to Sporty’s so we can then re-order the same headsets again?? The website still when trying to place the same order for 2 pairs of heads sets remains to operate the same where it tries to give me 10% off of one pair and does not show how you can redeem to get the 2 pairs of in-ear buds. What type of bait and switch is this? Is this the regular business practice of Sporty’s?

      I am very sorry for the misunderstanding and want to assure you the 10% discount was applied to your order. I have enclosed a copy of the invoice from your purchase. You were charged for 2 Bose A20 headsets at $2,190.00, then you will see the D.Promotion (which I have highlighted) and a credit for $109.50 which is the 10% discount for one of the headsets. Thave enclosed the Bose 2021 Summer Promotion Announcement with the information regarding this offer. Please do not return the headsets to Sporty's. 
      The full price headset entitles you to a free pair of Bose Sport Earbuds. This promotion is a special from Bose and not Sporty's. To redeem their offer, go to **************************************************** to access the redemption 
      form. If you want a second pair you will have to purchase them by going to ************ to place your order.
