Very terrible service. I have used this company multiple times in the past two years. I have encountered the same issue again!! I called the company this morning asking to speak with someone in charge about my complaint. A representative by the name of Brandy answered the phone Brandy then stated she would pass my message along to the owner in which the owner WOULD NOT return my call, Brandy stated she was the general manager, and no one was above her. After further discussion on the matter, Brandy then stated she was simply an office manager. She refused to transfer me or allow anyone else to help. After being hung up on. I called back in which she answered the phone by saying my name and told me to please hold and then left me on hold for an uncalled amount of time before disconnecting me.Review from Danny M

The only reason I left 1 star is because it wouldn't let me leave no stars. I had a gas leak and **** the plumber came over. And bragged saying he's been a plumber for 30 yes. Well in his 30 yes he don't no anything about plumbing. He charged me$2000.00 and didn't fix the leak. The gas company showed me where the leak was coming from. And **** came back. And butchered my pipes some more. Then he told me I don't think I fixed the leak. So I called the gas company. And they said the leak was fixed. I wouldn't trust those people to flush my toilet. This company has it all figured out. $89.00 to walk in the door which is waived if you agree to the quote. That would be fine if the quote was reasonable. The shut off valve for my cold water supply line to the tub was leaking. The young man who came to look at it quoted $239.00 plus change. After the initial shock I asked him just how long it would take based on that crazy amount and he said 15-20 minutes. I asked why so much and he said because he knew how to fix it and I did not. Needless to say, I wasn't going to pay that. End to story - just had another plumber in who fixed the problem with no charge because it was so easy.Review from Victoria P

5 stars across the board! I has a gas leak in my home that needed immediate attention. The crew arrived promptly and took care of the issue immediately. They were very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. By the end of the service call we talked and shared some laughs too??We are new residents of ****** and I will be calling them anytime I have issues in my home. On April 21st 2021 they come out run a snake to the basement 75 ft to the street charge me $178 yesterday December 17th 2021 same company same people same machine same drain and he charged me $300 not a satisfied customerReview from David G

We used Plumbing 911 to fix our wash basin faucet. The faucet was not installed properly by whoever installed it before we moved into the home. Plumbing 911 did a great job and we had a good experience. The person on the phone returned my call in a timely manner and was very accomodating with scheduling. They set expectations properly about how the site visit would go and what cost to expect for that. The site tech arrived on time and was very professional. He walked me through what was needed to fix the wash basin faucet, and made sure I was ok with the cost before proceeding. He ran to ***** real quick to grab the materials to complete the job and fixed it pretty quick. The faucet is working great, and I'm glad I picked Plumbing 911 because they have good reviews. Would recommend to anyone in the ******** area who needs reliable and timely plumbing services from a local owned business. Thanks Plumbing 911!Review from John S
