      Have been beyond impressed by Lawrence Management Company. Since moving to my condo 6 years ago, my neighbors and I agree that they have been quick to respond to our questions; keep the residents well-informed of the dates of scheduled repairs and routine maintenance; and they are well-respected and regarded by our condo association board and residents. I was so impress by this company that I recommend them to my sister’s condo board who hired Lawrence Management to manage their building as well.

      Run from these guys as fast as you can, they took one of my payments and refuse to even talk about what they did with it. That's theft in my book. They do not return calls or letters and refuse to make any repairs. They will run down your development and line there own pockets. I don't know how they continue to be employed by Westwinds Condo 1 as it certainly is not based on merit.

      This group manages our HOA (Highland Park) - they are horrible!! Billing errors, do not answer the phone, do not respond to emails.

      Lawrence management is a great management company. Timely communication with home owners and ability to work reasonably with you. Great asset to any association.

      Avoid this management group at all costs. They’re our HOA and barely do anything to maintain the community and respond in a timely manner to SAFETY concerns. We’ve had a gas lantern out for MONTHS. I have a 3 month old baby now and after calls and e-mails, it still isn’t resolved. I finally had to call the city and fire department and lodge a complaint. It’s absolutely inexcusable. I can’t open my windows. I’m concerned for my family’s safety but obviously that’s not a concern for them. Several other neighbors have also smelled the leak outside. Waiting for a call back or a contractor to come and resolve this or we will have to take further action.

      I have owned multiple properties managed my Lawrence and the only consistent thing about them is poor service and constant billing errors. Their representative talks down to the owners and tells the board to ignore them. The property manager only wants to discuss projects that will increase his Billings and doesn’t follow thru on anything.

      We had our annual HOA with a Lawrence Mgmt and their representative Brian Gold. Brian ran the meeting as a one sided lecture. We were not permitted to ask any questions unless submitted in writing ahead of this meeting. How would any reasonable person be able to submit questions when no agenda was supplied. Brian does not know the rules and regulations for our HOA. Brian stated that he manages too many properties to know. That is what he is paid to do. He told that members that we only had 1 hour in the room which was a lie- it was confirmed that the meeting room was available for 2 hours. They are not trustworthy.

      A major fire happend recently!! Their lack of care to the building was definitely a contributing factor. Trevor Lawrence and the new "manager" Nick Weppelman are completely incompetent. Good luck trying to get a straight answer about anything. Do NOT hire this company to "manage" anything. The maintenance fees go straight into their pockets!

      I received a past due notice from this company with a late fee. The problem is that I never received an invoice. They charged me a 120.00 late fee for a bill that I do owe, but never received.
