            The inspection took place 2/26/21. Upon moving into my new home, I discovered issues in the bathtub immediately - there was no way to run either the shower or tub, both sprayed water everywhere. There was also very little water pressure and the water did not get hot. I had someone here to fix the issue by repairing the diverter valve. The gentleman who did this repair went into the crawlspace and discovered a list of issues: bathtub was draining directly into the crawl space, the pex piping is not installed properly and is draped all over the place, mold, and there are no vents present. There are additional issues with the toilet and the drain in the laundry area which has allowed sewage gases to seep into my home and my breathing air. There are no mentions of issues re: the plumbing or the crawl space in the report. Both myself and my realtor have contacted the company to resolve and have had no response. The website says if they missed it they will fix it, and quite a bit was missed.
