If i could rate 0 stars, i would. I have taken my car to red carpet many times and kept coming back with the same problems not being resolved. Currently sitting in nashville tennessee with my car overheated which was one of the MAIN reason i brought my car to bob and his gang. I spent over 2,000 dollars and told them to fix all that needs to be fixed. i would understand if another issue with my car was happening, but when it comes to overheating there is absolutely no excuse to why my car is doing it. A few years back after boardman had a huge flash flood, i brought my car to them to fix my car overheating and other issues. i spent over a grand and had to bring my car back two different times…. Each time i pick my car up from them it has to go back because the issue is never truly fixed. The employees and bob himself are very nice but i do question their knowledge on cars.

Kayla, I'm sorry to hear you are you have had more problems with the cooling system. I reviewed the four separate times you car was here. They go back as far as 9/6/2018 to 10/8.2020 with 30400 miles logged to latest date. O 9/9/2020 you stated the car was overheating and had no coolant in it. replaced a blown out heater tube that ruptured and had leaked onto the alternator that somehow you thought I should pay for since it shorted out while in our possession from coolant saturation of which I did to appease you. A month later and 1058 miles later you came in with electrical issues that resulted in a battery replacement and also said the coolant bottle was low. Here is the copied info from your repair order: #2 LOW COOLANT IN BOTTLE CATEGORY: NONE TECH STORY: 1/4 GALLON ADDED AND PRESSURE TESTED WITH NO EXTERNAL LEAKS (1058 MILS SINCE SERVICED) / SUSPECT INTERNAL CONSUMPTION FROM OVERHEATING PRIOR///LOW COOLANT LEVEL CAN CAUSE COOLING FAN TO STAY ON AFTER CAR IS SHUT OFF ....CUSTOMER IS AWARE THAT ANTIFREEZE NEEDS ADDED REGULARLY OR WILL OVERHEAT AGAIN. This was explained to you. Total repair costs for overheating totaled $245.54. Several other repairs were done on these four repair orders however, they are related to brakes, tires, suspension, maintenance. we warranty our work for 2 years 24,000 mile. If there is is something we did to cause this issue, Please contact me. Bob

My car has been back to your shop on numerous occasions for the cooling issue, which has apparently never been fixed even though that has been the focal point of my car coming to your shop. As I stated, which you included the dates, in 2018, I came to your shop with issues surrounding my temperature gauge. My car came back to you multiple times for the same issue after it being reported "fixed," and you stated that the individual who worked on my car used substances and apologized assured me that you fired him. A few months later, I get the ping that my car is overheating.. AGAIN, this was before I was on my way to Texas. I was distraught and frustrated because I never caught a break for cooling issues in my car. I spoke with Mark on the phone and you as well. Proceeding forward, my car had to get work done again due to overheating; this time, I had to go to F****** T*** and spent over 300 dollars. I discussed this with Mark at one point after having issues with my car overheating again in April of 2020 on my way to a training up in Akron. Each time I have called about my car, I have discussed the issues with overheating. You "appeased" me because Mark called me in the early afternoon and told me my car was ready; an hour and a half later, Mark called me informing me of an electrical fire that started, and now the alternator needed to be replaced. My car was in your parking lot for roughly three days and WORKED on by your mechanics; no one spotted an issue with my alternator during that time. That is your mechanic's fault for why the electrical fire started because it would have been avoided if they were doing their job correctly efficiently. As I said and will reiterate, my car was ready to be picked up at the time of the electrical fire after being in your possession for MULTIPLE days. I would have paid for the alternator if the issue was discussed before the electrical fire, and Mark reported that my car was ready to be picked up. As you stated, my car came into your shop for a low battery; I also reported to Mark issues with the overheating light coming on. Mark explained to me at this time that I will have to put coolant into my car every few hundred miles, I complained and replaced coolant every time I bought gas to stay on the safe side. This was AFTER my car coming to your shop on many occasions due to an overheating issue along with F******. I am still confused about how the overheating issue has not been addressed from 2018-2021. Now, concluding that I brought my car to the shop last time, I informed Mark that I was moving out of state and needed to make sure my car was in working condition. I emphasized to Mark that I did not want any issues with my cooling system. He replaced the part that was causing the coolant leak. Not even a month later, my car began to overheat with full coolant - which I explained to Mark on the phone in May. I have brought my car to you since 2018 with cooling issues and after three years I still have the same problem.
