      I have used A-1 Applicance Services three times now. Once on our previous home and twice now in our new home on the new appliances we purchased. They are very professional and most importantly friendly. From our first encounter with the call to their office to the technician who came to make the repair. I would and will use them again for any repairs that *** come ** in our home. Just fantastic folks to work with.

      Called to have washer evaluated for repair. Tad called & arrived on time. He diagnosed the issue(s) & gave me cost estimate for repair. Due to the the age of the washer, I opted out of repair & chose to replace the unit. However, I would highly recommend Tad @ A-1 Appliance for any other appliance repair issues. He was efficient, pleasant, polite, & knowledgable. He patiently answered my multitude of questions.

      Doug was not just on time for our appointment, he was 10 minutes early. In addition he listen to our descriptions and questions regarding a new Bosch dishwasher. Doug knew how the dishwasher was designed to work and knew exactly how to set it for optimum performance. In addition Doug offered many helpful tips and experiences that I know will be beneficial for using the dishwasher and our laundry appliances as well. Don't hesitate to use this company and ask for Doug. He is a no BS guy who knows his business and the products they serve.

      A -1 technician Travis diagnosed ***** Dryer issue very quickly and solved in less than an hour. Previously had Loews approved service company out 3 times with no resolution. Was very timely as well - arriving on time.

      We have recently had A-1 Appliance service technician Andrew S***** provide service to our ** Cafe duel fuel double oven range and our ****** refrigerator. He quickly and effectively diagnosed and repaired range issue(s) and did the same for our ****** refrigerator. We purchased the refigerator from **** Appliance approximately 5 years ago. It presented problems from the onset. we had a **** Appliance technician come out at least three times. problems were not resolved. That changed when we had Andrew S***** come out from A-1 Appliance. Andrew is professional, knowledgeable and focused on solving problems. Thankfully we have finally found an appliance service technician who knows what he's doing. I recommend Never calling **** to service anything, even if they sold you the appliance. Go with A-1 Appliance and ask for Andrew S*****. He and A-1 know what they're doing.

      We are disappointed:Our Frigdaire Gallery refrigerator failed 1 month post warranty. (Frigidaire agreed to repairs as in a warrantee). 1. A diagnostic service person sent via Frigidaire identified that the problem required compressor replacement. That company forwarded the actual repair request to A****. A-1 sent a service person who only came to, yet again, diagnose the problem, no repair.3. After a 2 week turn around time for part delivery; the same A-1 repair person implemented a compressor install.4. After 3 days the compressor failed. A-1 stated the compressor was a defective part.5. After another 2wk (10days) days a second compressor was installed via the same service person.6. After 12hrs the second compressor failed.A-1 was paid by Frigidaire for 4 service calls and 2 compressors: after 6 weeks the problem was not solved.

      ***,We at A-1 Appliance Service are truly sorry to hear of the troubles you have had with your refrigerator. We are unsure why you feel it is necessary to give us a poor review of the service when we have done everything we can to help, in the scope of our knowledge. The points you have made in your review are not exactly what we have documented on our end. 1)The first company did not have a qualified repair tech, that is why they did not repair it. There is no way we can trust a diagnosis from someone who is not qualified or has no knowledge on how to perform a sealed system repair.2)We were first contacted by the manufacturer on 6/2 at the time they had scheduled the first visit for 6/30. We contacted you and moved your appointment up to 6/15.3)The tech arrived as promised on 6/15 and did diagnose a noisy compressor, the unit was cooling properly. We returned and installed a new compressor on 6/24 and everything tested ok, six days before your original appointment.4)The new compressor did fail, the tech returned to verify this on 7/2, and a replacement was ordered.5)On 7/6 after the holiday weekend, we had information that the new compressor was to be delivered on 7/13, we left you a message that we could return to install on 7/14. You responded and stated that you wanted the new compressor installed 7/15.6)We have no knowledge of the compressor failing again, as we have had no contact with you since 7/15. If the new compressor failed, we would have liked to have been notified so we could reach out to the manufacturer to find out what is going on with their product and try to remedy the situation.7)You have no knowledge of how or what we are paid by the manufacturer, but I can tell you that we are paid for a job and must guarantee the job, we certainly did not get paid as you suggest.We would be happy to revisit this issue if you would like as we will stick with a problem and make sure it is resolved.Please give us a call at ************ if you are still having issues.Sincerely,******************* A-1 Appliance Service
