I was sold a car that caught on fire 3 months after having it. After insurance and GAP has paid on the loan, I’m still told I owe $864 I put money into this car, with down payments, the service warranty and my 3 months of car payments plus insurance. I’m even more upset that I could of been killed when the power went out while I was on the highway and caught on fire. I want this taken care of. I should not be without a car or have to make a payment on a vehicle that totaled that wasn’t my fault.Business response

Our company has spoken with ****** ****** and have determined her insurance provider, Progressive, is not offering her a fair value for her totaled vehicle. We will be assisting Rachel in determining the fair value she should receive from her insurer. We hope to have the matter resolved soon.
