We have used Perrin Asphalt for many years for our business needs. Recently our experience went from 5 stars to a 1 star. Perrin Asphalt has postponed service for our company for the second summer in a row! They were supposed to repair our parking lot the summer of 2021 but never scheduled the work with us, after contacting them in the Spring of 2022 and establishing a contract to complete work on 2 separate properties, and after multiple emails and calls to get on the schedule they failed to call me until the beginning of October with only two day notice to schedule the service. Due to the nature of our business, I was unable to accommodate such short notice and was told I would have to wait until next summer to get the services done. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication from this company, and their inability to complete work within the season it was agreed upon. I hope other people have better luck with them than we did. I also hope they learn how to improve their scheduling process to be more accommodating to business owners.
