As this business is the authorized **** dealer and servicer in my area, I dropped off a non-working **** battery for a leaf blower that is within the warranty period. I dropped it off 3 months ago. I have made repeated phone calls to the business seeking a status update on the battery. Their service department will not return my phone calls even when main office promises they will do so. I do not know when or if they have filed a warranty claim or if they will return my battery.Business response

The battery is no longer available. The consumer bought the battery on ******. We have been trying to contact and help out the consumer. We are not an authorized dealer for that particular product. The days and times we have tried to communicate are all recorded. If you would like to buy a Piece of ***** handheld battery, we can warranty it for you. The general manager, owner or anyone in sales can help you. Service department appears to not have the correct number. I have invited the consumer via email to come in to establish a resolution. The battery the consumer has is obsolete. You would have to take it up with **** or ******. The consumer was informed we do not have that part of the **** Line. There are different contracts for different pieces of equipment. The consumers battery is here if they would like to pick it up and they are aware of that.
