I came in for a physical & tb test for employment. The office kept my paperwork stating it couldn't be completed until the tb test results came back. I've called numerous times to get paperwork back so I could start working. No one has returned my calls. No one is ever available to speak with me about the issue from nursing to management. I'm at risk of losing this job because of this. This is the second time they have held my paperwork, lost it, then refused to speak with me.Business response

The business informed BBB that this is the second complaint filed by the consumer. The business did fill out her paperwork and asked the consumer to come and pick it up. The result were to be reviewed at pick up. There was a message on the paperwork to make sure issues were addressed at the time the consumer came in for the documents. It appears that the paperwork was picked up and no further issues were noted. The business considers the matter resolved.Initial Complaint

On 11/17/2021 I came into the Kent location for an appt to get bloodwork for nursing school. The doctor kept a copy of the paperwork to complete once the results came back in. I have been calling the office since 11/22/2021 after I saw in the portal that the results were in. I have called about 10-15 times since Nov. 22. I have been told that the paperwork was lost. Confidential protected health information lost. I was told they would contact my school and get another copy of the paperwork to complete then call me back. No one ever contacted my school nor called me back. I have been calling for a little over a week requesting to speak with the office manager but I'm always told he is not available. I have recently been offered a job that also needs a copy of that paperwork. at thus point school is in jeopardy and this new employment also. Not to mention HIPPA laws may have been violated when they lost my paperwork with my personal protected health information on it. Those papers were mostly completed just needing test results added to one page out six pages.Business response

The business informed BBB that the consumer came in on 11/17/21 to start the process for her nursing school. She had specific documents, which the business filled out and gave back to her.
On 11/22/21, the consumer contacted the business about a form she believed the business lost during the last visit. The consumer accused the business of violating HIPPA laws. The business had not lost the form. It had been completed. However, the business completed the form for her again.
On 12/16/21, the consumer came back in with a blank copy of the form. The business completed the form for the consumer a third time and provided the consumer with her immunization record.
On 12/27/21, the consumer had an appointment at another location unrelated to this matter.
The business has not been contacted by consumer about the matter since 12/16 and considers the matter resolved.
