I began dental treatment with Summa in 2021 towards the goal of getting a lower jaw partial. I paid for all of my procedures ahead of time and never missed a payment. I also present my bills to my HRA department at Christian healthcare ministries to be reimbursed for available procedures. in May 2022 I presented my partial payment bill to my HRA department and the accountant found a discrepancy in the billing that I was overcharged over $1000 for my partial. I presented the discrepancy in billing to Summa in May 2022 and after several phone calls to Summa trying to resolve this issue I have received no response in resolving this discrepancy. They did call over a month ago stating that it is being reviewed and I will either receive a reimbursement check or a letter. I have received no communication from them in almost 2 months.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I thank the Better Business Bureau for achieving the results I was unable to accomplish myself. I will consider this dispute resolved when I receive the refund they are claiming is owed to me, as Summa is still ignoring my calls, nor have I received any communication via the Internet or US mail.
