I ordered another ring for my wife for our wedding since her other one broke somehow. When purchased (two weeks before the wedding) I also paid for 3-5 days shipping hoping it would be on time for our wedding. It has now been exactly two weeks since I received the shipping notification email and product has still not arrived. Company refuses to refund me the cost of shipping after multiple emails.Initial Complaint

I purchased a wedding ring set from ******************** on 5/25/2024 for $143.17 and also paid additional for 3-5 day expedited shipping. Immediately after purchasing the ring I felt regret because each representative I spoke to provided different timeframes on when the ring would ship. Some representatives said 3-5 working days and others stated 7-9 working days. I wanted to confirm this information so I took to social media and ****** reviews for confirmation and found that hundreds of people never received their items or received them months later. I openly inquired about my order status under posts on the companys ******** page, because they started to ignore my emails (they dont have a customer service phone number), and the company blocked me. I filed a dispute with my bank because all evidence points to this company being a scam. A representative named *** emailed me and asked me to cancel the dispute. In turn, when I asked about my order status I was ignored again but told to cancel the dispute instead, to which I said no unless I can have an order update. As of today I still have no ring, the company still has me blocked on social media platforms, and I still havent at least gotten any money back. The dispute has not been canceled because the company insists on ignoring me. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN SHIPPING/ITEM PRODUCTION POLICIES! I am a twin and thought I would get matching runs for our birthday. I pain a fee to have the rings in three to five days and had the inscribed. A month later I am still waiting. I have made multiple attempts to get a refund due to them not fulfill the 3-5 days business **** for expedited shipping for order ******************. I keep getting generic responses with no valid explanation as to why I cannot get refunded ***** for what has turned out to be a free shipping order. Not only did I as for a FULL refund when my order was still in production status, they all of a sudden changed the status to shipped once I said I want a FULL REFUND. I placed my order on 1/20/2024 and it is now 1/30/2024. I am not being refunded the ***** for expedited shipping but being charged that and the amount for the ring which is ****** in total. ***, who has been responding to my emails with little to no information is refusing g to ***** my refund that I have been asking for the last 2 days.Initial Complaint

I ordered a ring set from joancee on 01/05 i paid extra from the express shipping which states clearly 3-5 business days. I have still not received the ring on 01/12 and also I have emailed them 2 different times asking where the ring is and sent them a message on ******** messenger and of course no answer after 24 hours. This business has terrible practices and should not advertise 3-5 days for shipping if they are not going to uphold this. I would like mu money that I paid extra for "express shipping" and frankly if this is how they conduct business at this point I don't even want to see the product.Initial Complaint

On 11/6/23 I placed an order on *************** for a ring that I was going to give for a present. Their free shipping is 7 to 12 days delivery. Well, the birthday has passed and I had to buy another present very fast to make up for the ring. On 11/27/23 I contacted Joancee to find out where the ring was. Joancee responded saying that the right had been shipped on that same day. I got the following tracking number link ***************** (According to this link as of 12/01/23 the package has NOT left ***** yet).This is a deceptive practice. I believe Joance.com should explicitly tell customers the business is located in ***** before placing the order so they can expect extra delays on their purchases. I will never buy from this company nor any other companies that don't tell customers how long it will take to deliver their package.Business response

I ordered a *********** wedding ring set. The rings don't fit & I want to return them for a refund. I am within their guidelines to be able to do do. I am fine with paying shipping to return them but they want me to pay shipping to *****. Nowhere in their return/refund guidelines does it say I would have to pay international shipping. I filed a dispute with PayPal. They asked me to close the dispute & agreed to a refund so the dispute was closed by PayPal but as soon as it was closed they started demanding again that I send the rings to ***** at my expense when they have a ** address in ********. I have now reopened the dispute & will NEVER deal with this company again. They have been nothing but unprofessional & uncooperative & I am beyond frustrated when this should have been a simple transaction.Business response

I bought a ring on November 4th. They marked it as November 5th. Anyway, I then contacted them and paid 25 dollars for faster shipping. It took about a week to get to the **. Then went to ****** and then went to ********** where it's been since November 17th. It is now November 22nd. I paid for 3 day shipping. My ring has been ********** for 5 days now. I really want that ring but if I'm not going to get it I would like a refund. I paid around 150 for this ring.Business response
