    I had a credit balance of $335.00 I was informed by **** ****** that the CEO of the company had died and their banks were frozen. I have yet to get my money back.

    I have money that is owed to me and my husband from vacationwiser where it was being deducted from our checks then found out they are out of business need to know who to contact with getting our money refunded

    Ive bI have been using Vacation Wiser for some time, and over the past two *******, I booked my trips and ended up overpaying a total of $1,277.00 with auto pay directly from my paycheck. I called to inquire about the status of my account since I hadnt received any statements. After further investigation, I discovered that the business is closed. I demand to know how I can recover my overpayments.

    I have been trying to reach this company vacation wiser for a couple of months. I have learned that the business may be closed and I am still having allotment payments of $260 taken out my check I was calling to inquire whats my balance is but unable to get in touch merchant I need to know if Im overpaying or I need to stop my allotment or if Im due for a refund.

    I have worked with Vacation Wiser for a few years already and I have never had a problem to book my vacation with installment payments of ($50) every 2wks coming directly from my paycheck on payroll deductions. Even after I had my vacation I would keep contributing every 2 weeks for a future vacation. I reached out to ****** last week and realized that the company was out of service. I wasn't aware since they didn't communicate any information to their clients. Below is the dates of my deductions from payroll that was deposit to Vacation Wiser bank. Date of transaction : 01/04/2024 - $50 per paycheck 01/18/2024- $50 per paycheck 02/01/2024- $50 per paycheck 02/15/2024- $50 per paycheck 02/29/2024- $50 per paycheck 03/14/2024- $50 per paycheck 03/28/2024- $50 per paycheck 04/11/2024- $50 per paycheck 05/09/2024- $50 per paycheck 02/27/2025- $50 per paycheck 03/13/2025- $50 per paycheck The amount of money you paid the business. $550 What the business committed to provide to you? Vacation on a payment plan.What the nature of the dispute is? I want my refund sent to me **** since I wasn't aware of the company closing down but yet they were still receiving my money. As I stated I never had an issue and I worked with **** and ****** and they were very helpful ad nice, I just want my money sent back to me since I was always a good customer/client with **********************.

    I was working w/ this company Vacation wiser to book my vacation with installment payments ($167) every 2wks coming directly from my paycheck. Everything was good until I began to ask when I would receive my itinerary for the trip and I was told I would be receiving everything soon and not to worry via phone call w/ the manager ******* ******. The following week I received an email also from ******* saying that the CEO of the company died and that they couldnt continue with my booking and when I asked about refund he had no resolution. Since then I have tried to reach out several times w/ no luck my emails are not being delivered and none of the phone numbers work. Ive been scammed and I just want my money back

    I over paid my account through payroll deductions for 4 months. I sent in a request to refund my money six months ago however, I keep getting the same answer each week. (Sorry your refund can't be processed this week Next week for sure)

    *** ********* overpaid his account by $1,284.  The parent company of VacationWiser is ****** Appliance and Furniture Sales **************** has been having financial issues related to obtaining funding for operations.  On October 17 and 18, VacationWiser sent *** ********* a partial refund of $642, which is one-half of the total due.  Also, VacationWiser promised to send *** ********* the second half no later than November 17.  *** ********* was agreeable to this arrangement.

    ***************** Hello all, thanks for having me my special needs son and family drive 8 hours to our vacation and drive right back home another 8 hours, it was my special needs sons birthday, holiday, and our vacation! this is so wrong you did this to me and my family on the holidays first i need ****'s managers and cooperate number ASAP! i even sent an email yesterday stating they wanted the card used to make the deposit because there was a outstanding balance of ******* dollars i was assured by one of you in email this was standard and there would be no problems. well guess what i drive me my family and my special needs son for his birthday for the holiday and for vacation, we drive 8 hours to our destination get rejected saying you guys only paid the deposit and what card did i want to use to cover the rest ******* dollars, they say no money no room only deposit was paid so now we are driving home another 8 hours cause of one of your negligence you just ruined three kids Dream, That's why i emailed you to ask! don't know how you are going to fix this but i better hear from one of you as soon as possible before me or my wife get a hold of ************** missing a day of work, gas driving 16 hours, grieving kids and parents, not cool to do this to anyone especially assuring me everything was paid for! going to make you look and feel like my family did when we were told sorry we need another ******* dollars for your stay and you are still taking money out of my check and wanted me to pay for my own vacation i dont know what the h*** is going on and i am trying to hold my hardest to stay professional! my # is area code ************ other number is ************

    The customer's issue has been resolved in coordination with Great Wolf Lodge *******.  The customer was turned away at the hotel by mistake.  Great Wolf Lodge admitted they had received the credit card authorization for full payment of the trip but did not attach to the customer's booking.  Great Wolf Lodge provided two free nights, late checkout and $150 in dining credits.  Customer rebooked with us and will be staying there from April 10 to 12.  Customer was able to purchase an upgraded package, including better room, additional dining credits, Two Cabanas, and additional amenities from VacationWiser for his upcoming booking.  ******** says he will be withdrawing his complaint.
