Disgusted is an understatement. They have been playing games with us for months. My calls never get returned. I constantly have to call to verify that they received an item instead of them doing the right thing and letting me know. When I do get to speak to the person we are dealing with she us extremely rude. If I told you things that have been said to me you would think I was making it up. And as you can see from other reviews Covid is a popular excuse for complete unprofessionalism. You've read my review and you've read the other horrible reviews here. We didn't make these reviews up. 1st Priority Mortgage, Inc. is committed to providing our customers with excellence in customer service. We understand the frustration expressed with the mortgage process and the inability to provide a loan product solution for this recent pre-qualification request. Based on our review it appears that Mr. and Mrs. ********** began speaking to our licensed mortgage consultant to determine their options for a purchase transaction on 7/14/21. There are many factors in determining an individual’s loan options, with their permission provided, credit was reviewed and his debts evaluated. The mortgage consultant then reviewed this with the *********** and determined that according to secondary market requirements 1st Priority was unable to issue the pre-qualification letter. The collateral, credit history and debt to income ratio are a few of the factors that are part of a mortgage loan process. Program guidelines must be met in each segment of the review for a loan to be ultimately be approved and closed in concert with secondary market requirements. In an attempt to assist the *********** prepare for future consideration, our licensed mortgage consultant worked directly with them on clearing up account discrepancies, every few days between 7/14/21 and 8/17/21. The continual contact between our mortgage consultant, the ***********, credit agencies and account holders is well documented and can be provided upon request. During this timeframe, the mortgage consultant exchanged 10 e-mails and faxes and spoke to Mrs. ********** 14 times via telephone. Upon receipt of this review, our Regional Sales Manager for the Ithaca area reached out to Mrs. ********** directly via telephone to address her concerns. To date, the phone call has not been returned. 1st Priority Mortgage, Inc. is dedicated to taking any customers’ concern seriously and focus our efforts to make sure we are addressing such concerns in a timely fashion.
