I was given a gift card to **** ****** and had 75.00 left on it. It appears that their store is no longer open for in person purchasing. I have tried multiple times to purchase items on their website but there is no option to use a gift card. I would like to spend my 75.68 on this gift card. I contacted them through email (see attached) back in Nov 2021 and have not heard back yet. Still waiting for a response going on several months now … I have also tried to call the store but there is no answer. I would like a refund or at least get to use this gift card. On Friday, February 11th, we called and spoke with ******* to reassure her that her gift card funds were available, accounted for, and redeemable at her convenience on our website online or at *********’s (our restaurant). At that time, we also let here know that we were happy to issue her a check for the remaining balance. We asked her to send us a photo of her gift card so that we could provide her with exact remaining balance on her card. We did not hear back or receive *******’s gift card information, so we followed up with a text message on Tuesday, February 15th. At that time, she responded that she would prefer a refund. Our accounting team was notified and sent her a check in the mail. We have included photos of our text exchange with ******* for your reference. Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can provide any additional information.Customer response
