Dr. M******'s performed "repairs" on several teeth. A filling fell out and I started having really bad pain on the right side of my mouth, upper and lower. I called for an emergency appointment first thing on a Monday morning and was told that they couldn't see me until Friday. I was in so much pain that I called another dentist who got me in by lunch. They took all new x-rays that showed that she didn't remove all the decay but still put fillings in. So there was fillings on top of decay that now we're into my nerves. One tooth couldn't be saved and had to have it extracted. I need several root canals now totaling thousands of dollars. I have called Williamsville family dentistry several times and asked for their liability insurance so I could file a claim but my info is taken down but I still haven't heard back from anyone. I've been in pain ever since and can't afford to pay for all the work that needs to be done to fix what she did.Initial Complaint

I went to the Williamsville Family Dentistry on August 27 and 28, 2021 at **** **** ****** *** *, Williamsville, NY. Dr. Jeanne M******. I went to have 2 teeth added to my upper partial and to have a broken clasp repaired on an exsisting bottom partial. The upper went ok, but the bottom partial did not fit any more. This was a partial not made by her. Dr. M****** pushed and worked for 5 minutes trying to make it fit. It was very uncomfortable! She then took a drill and started drilling my front bottom tooth saying this would make it fit, causing me pain for 3 days in that tooth. She destroyed my existing partial, it did not fit anymoe and refused to replace it. That partial was less than a year old. She excepted payment from my insurance and would not replace my partial. I believe because her lab did not do a proper fit, she should have made a whole new bottom partial. She wouldn’t.. All I needed her to do was add a broken clasp, she destroyed it and it does not fit any more.
