  ZERO STARS. The worst company I have ever dealt with. They continuously cancel our appointments and never show up. We have booked them three times, changed our schedule three times and THREE NO SHOWS. This company *****.

  Zero stars. The technician was thorougly incompetent. He did not open any vents to brush them and remove the dirt. Said they could not be opened. Then he opened old cutouts in the duct to and from the furnace and stuck a hose into each for about 15 minutes attached to what looked like a commercial vacuum cleaner. No seal on the opening - just left it there. After that he was done. And he said he would accept a tip. Complete scam. Do not hire these guys. Total waste of money.

  Just had enviro green air duct cleaning at my home. Right away the guy was doing a upsell on me. I told him l Will be following him around because l had to much personal stuff laying around. The vibrates were not there from get go. He started to question me. Why, I felt need to l told the guy. My vibrates were not feeling good . Very small company. The guy left. Question before hiring or starting work.

  Avoid EnviroGreen - ********************** and Damaged Property I had a terrible experience with EnviroGreen and would strongly advise against using their services.During the service call, the company tried to pressure me into additional services. In addition, the technicians caused damage to my ductwork and then failed to repair it properly.Two technicians were sent to assess the issue. The first technician seemed honest and informed his supervisor on the phone that the damage required opening the walls and ceilings for repairs, which would cost around $1,000 (much more than the original service). However, a supervisor named *** interrupted and told the technician they were only there to assess the damage, not provide solutions, and dismissively said, "This F***** thinks they are going to replace his vents." I was appalled by this unprofessional and disrespectful treatment.The second technician replaced one damaged duct but only taped up another hole, which seemed like a temporary solution to prevent insulation from blowing around. Additionally, this technician smelled strongly of marijuana, which was unprofessional.Overall, this was the worst service experience I've ever had. Two months later, I am still left with broken ceiling tiles, a damaged vent in my living room, and bent registers. EnviroGreen seems like a scam, and I urge others to beware.

  give them zero stars. *** is rude and will curse at a lady on the phone. They will not show up during the time they promised when appointment was booked and then when you call to ask you will get a mouthful. Clearly their reputation does not matter to them. Was going to be a first time customer, now will not be a customer at all.

  I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STAR AT ALL.I JAST HAD THEM CLEAN MY DUCT VENT 2 DAYS THEY DID NOT CLEAN PROPERLY AND DIDN'T BRING THEIR PROPER EQUIPMENT SO CREATE MY WHOLE HOUSE WITH WHITE DUST EVERY WHERE AND WHEN I TALKED TO MANAGER INSTEAD OF RESOLVED THIS ISSUED HE BEING VERY MEAN TO US AND DON'T LISTEN ANYTHING AND ON THE OTHER SIDE THEIR TECHNICIAN MESSED UP MY HEATING UNIT WHILE THEY WERE WORKING ON SITE. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINED THIER SERVICE.I WOULD NEVER CALLED THEM AGAIN IN FUTURE .

  If there was a way to leave a zero star review I would. I just had them clean my vents 2 days ago and I just got to inspect the vents and they definitely werent cleaned the way they made it seem. I had the house painted and some of the vents were still glued on because they were not removed. Im extremely disappointed and hoping they can refund me the full especially because an electrical fire happened in my house due to the use of the machine. I am unfortunately coming to terms that I have been scammed, I was also told the guy would take like 2-2 1/2 hours the guy called me 20 minutes upon me leaving the house.

  This company operates under false advertising. They have fliers they send out with discounts on their services and then do not honor the discounts. Then then try to upsell you on their services in order to receive a discount. There is no fine print stating this on the fliers.

  I recently had work done by this company. They were very professional and did the work as we agreed to. When done before leaving they explained what they had done and asked if I hadd any questions. Also informing me that I was welcome to contact them if any problems arose. After a few dats they called and asked if I had any problems. (VERY PROFFESIONAL)
