      I was discharged from this practice after I left a review that the PA did NOT give me the correct script for my yearly mammogram and ultrasounds. I have a condition that requires both tests. If fact, all she did was reprint and old script from 6 months prior. Another specialist gave me the right script before the radiology appointment (a specialist that work with this practice). The office sent me a letter saying I was no longer a patient. They did not reach out once to discuss this situation or the error of their PA. please read other reviews of this practice. They consistently “fire” patients for bringing up issues.

      The worst OB/GYN in the Buffalo area. I am so sad I will be looking elsewhere for a provider because I like my doctor. The receptionists are always rude and unprofessional and I have been put on hold immediately every single time I call for no less than 5 minutes. I called the office THREE times in one day to speak to a nurse about an important issue and was told nobody was available to take my call. When I called back the third time, the office had already closed for the weekend and nobody bothered to call me back. But they certainly don't hesitate to call you every day when you have an outstanding bill. Don't waste a minute of your time with these people who clearly could care less about their patients and only care about money. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a doctors office.

      **ENDOMETRIOSIS SUFFERERS BEWARE/AVOID** I had a diagnostic laparoscopy performed by Dr. Carlos S***** in January. He told me and my boyfriend that he found cysts that he "removed", as well as Endometriosis and my organs needed to be sterilized due to free blood in my abdomen. My surgical report didnt mention any blood in my abdomen. My medical records did not mention anything about my specific symptoms. When I asked for my records I was initially told they didnt have to give them to me.... When I asked that they provide me with the accurate records and questioned why the blood was not mentioned in the surgical report, I was told I needed to write a letter stating what I wanted my medical records to say... I was forced onto Lupron by being told it could be a cure and that no other good treatment existed. They refused to correct my records and then dropped me as a patient, mid treatment, because I wasnt going to get my Lupron injection until they called me about my records, which they didnt do after I called 3 times, before my injection was even due. Another doctor found, in April, that S***** did NOT remove the cysts I had and instead just cauterized them, so I was lied to and my surgical report states NOTHING about cauterizing. This office and staff is unethical and does not care about its patients and this man should not be considered a specialist. PLEASE seek help elsewhere if you are experiencing any sort of health issue. Their staff hung up on me multiple times because they didnt want to answer my questions and I was treated horribly by their staff repeatedly. I will also be filing complaints regarding this issue as it is still not rectified and this office clearly does not care to do so
