We contacted Eagle to replace our roof, the cost was $25,000. They were suppose to replace everything that was damaged inside and cover it up to make sure no leaks would happen. Few months went by and no visible problem but after a few more months one of the rooms were leaking very bad, we contact them but they would not answer any of our calls. We had updated our review but they gave us a fake number, I read through the other reviews and saw a number that worked. We had a warranty on the roof but they won't come out. One guy that answered say he is the boss and we need to pay him again to repair the roof while another guy says we need a brand new roof so that's another $25,000. They keep asking for more and more money to repair the roof. Its very frustrating, we paid them to replace the roof but by replacing we have leaks. Its been more than a month, they have been ignoring the calls.Customer response

Service invoice July 14, 2023 Company was invoiced to provide following services and was supposed to provide proof of completion with photos.After over 2 months of requests and lies from service team, no proof was provided and potential false information on completion of paid service.Roofing Repair:-Supply and install any missing shingles on entire roof. [These are 3 tab shingles] Color TBD by homeowner -Inspect roof for loose shingles and secure these shingles with appropriate roofing nails and silicone -Reseal all flashing pipes and vents on roof with silicone Company should either reimburse or provide photos asap as part of agreement.Customer response

In 2021, Eagle Roofing installed a new roof on my home. We have had a number of issues with it leaking. Since 8/7/23, I contacted Eagle Roofing via form on their website, email, and phone calls (multiple times) about a leak in our roof. Our roof is still under warranty. Eagle Roofing has not returned any of my calls or written requests for them to fix the leak or inspect the roof.Customer response

I hired Eagle Roofing *** to replaced my roof on 9/13/2022. I paid $16,800 for the roof including the gutter they throw in for free. Few months after that the roof started leaking in 2 different spots in one area (front of the house, one by the window the other behind fireplace). I contacted the company, I spoke to a **************** and initially they sent people to check the issue. I thought it was fix but after few weeks it rained heavy again and the leaks happened, so I reached out again. I informed the company that unless it rains heavy, the leak is not that bad. These happened few times and they keep sending people to check it out. Since they came few times to check it out, we thought the problem was resolved. Winter never rained that much so we didn't notice anymore leaks.Fast forward to Spring up to the present, whether it rains heavy or light, the leaks are now very visible. Not only it is on the same spot, another leak showed up in the rear corner of the house. I contacted Eagle Roofing for more than three times, and I keep getting told that someone will reached out to me. Every week for a month now, I have been trying to reach out to the company. The secretary or agent on the line just keep telling me that they will forward my call and process my complaints. So far, no one even made an effort to contact me. I went to their office located at ******** ******, Oceanside but that branch are now close. I can only think at this point that they are refusing to honor the contract we agreed upon. I believe this kind of unprofessional response from supposed legit company exhibit fraudulent behavior which is why I decided to file a complaint about them.Initial Complaint

I got a replacement copper flat panel roof installed on my house at the end of November 2022. The final product was aesthetically inferior to what I was told and what is almost always the end result. This was because they pieced together extra parts on top rather than an integrated design.Nonetheless, since the work was completed and they promised me that it would provide extra protection against leaks, I let it go as is. I paid them the full $4,500 they asked for. However, within weeks of it being installed, it started turning black, which now makes it not only odd looking, but very ugly to look at. They tried to tell me it is natural aging and that the roof turning green (note: not black) is something many people actually like since it adds character. But in my research, copper is supposed to take at least years to start turning green. It's not supposed to turn black and definitely not within weeks of being installed. On further research, I found some people complaining online that hinted that lower quality materials were probably used to have this happen. So now, overall, my experience has been quite awful. Even then, I offered a compromise that I was willing to continue looking past the poor initial work as long as they come find a way to address the copper turning black, which they initially told me they could do with the right kind of polish. However, they waited for many weeks before getting back to me and now are refusing to even do that. We had a roof fixed on December 10, 2022 by Eagle Roofing and paid $2600. The roof was not adequately done, and my husband called ***** and he came to the house on December 13, and acknowledged that it needed to be fixed. We made a date and time for the workers to return and fix the roof: Saturday, December 17 at 10 am. No one showed up on December 17 and they did not call to cancel. *****'s cell phone was unable to take voice messages after repeatedly trying to reach him for many days. I texted him, and there was no response. I then began calling the company at ************. Each person I spoke with was sympathetic and took both my contact information and that of my husband's. We were reassured that someone would contact us. It is now weeks later with five unsuccessful phone calls, and no response.Customer response

Eagle Roofing Contractor Inc replaced the roof on my property last year. They were supposed to acquire a permit for the job but never did. A neighbor called the city and the city issued me a citation. I have been contacting Eagle Roofing to take care of the issue by simple getting a permit and complete a final inspection to take care of the citations but they refuse to cooperate. When I call, the receptionist simply tell me they are requesting for someone to call me back but no one is reaching out to us. At this time, I just need the contractor to complete the job.
