I would not trust them. Major job rebuilding my basement wall and they short cut everywhere. Now as they back filled, wall cracking. Engineer and town evaluated work and not to building codes. They never even applied for or obtained proper building permits, in fact obtained and applied for NO permits. Cost to fix what they did, over $17,000. To excavate and do right, $45,000+. I paid a lot of money, just to have the same problem and worse. On top of that, I refused to pay last payment and they attached a mechanics lean to my property. Lots of cost to me in lawyer fees engineers report for drawings. DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Took 1 month for them to do, was told it would only take 1 week to 10 days. My basement was wide open during this time. Nothing good to say about them as they lied to me about everything. Made issue with work and was told I should be thanking them for being there! The office in Ontario is just for show (a front) and empty. Stop and see for yourself. Looks good, but no one there.Review from Connie M.

Not knowing where to begin or who to call for water issues in my basement, I spoke with Kansas and she gave me direcion in our phone call. Very knowledgeable and detailed in assessing my basement issues over the phone. A company that I would definitely recommend!Review from Kate M

Wow... what a pleasant surprise. I can't say enough about this company and especially Kansas- thank you. Thank you for your time. Thank you for being open and honest. Thank you for helping me understand the issue at hand and how to fix it, even though you referred me elsewhere. I have managed multiple homes for years and I have yet to come in contact with a business as honest and professional as Basement Technologies of WNY. Not only do I recommend them, I highly suggest you contact them with your issues/concerns and follow their guidance. You will be glad you did... they are knowledgeable, friendly and exactly the kind of people I will recommend and keep for future reference should I need their services in the future.Review from Kimberly S

If you are looking to work with an ethical company, call Basement Technologies! Kansas worked with me over the phone to troubleshoot the issue I was looking to hire Basement Technologies to fix. She identified that the issue was not with the foundation and guided me with what kind of company to call and what to ask for. Great experience and highly recommend.Review from Tom O

I spoke with Kansas regarding my basement issues. She listened to my concerns and gave me some good tips on taking care of the issues. She was kind and patient with me. She did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. I really appreciated her professional insight and I highly recommend this company.Review from Jim D

I just had a most informative conversation with a representative of this company. She gave me great information and insight without any kind of sales pressure. In fact, she identified some relatively simple and cost effective solutions before any sort of major work might be initiated. I found them on this site, and am very happy I did. Highly recommended!
