I recently purchased a truck from this dealership two weeks ago. They listed it as a certified pre-owed meaning they do a full inspection on the vehicle and if something is wrong with it or needs to be replaced they fix it before selling it. I drove over an hour from my house to the dealership with no issues the other day to the dealership get my new key programmed. While I was there they took my truck and did what they needed to do with the key. When I pulled out of the dealership I heard a loud snap and I lost control of my truck and went into oncoming traffic and almost hit another vehicle. I got out of my truck and I noticed my passenger side front tire was laying on its side. I immediately backed up and brought it back to the dealership and walked in and told the service department what happened. I had three service advisers come out and say “oh no.” Then continue to say “we didn’t do this we programmed the key and that’s it. But it looks like the ball joint and tire rod snapped which doesn’t just happen.” I explained how upset I was and that if I had my 9 month old baby in the truck then I would’ve been even more upset. They insisted that it was my fault. They said they’ll take care of fixing it but when I explained it shouldn’t have happened in the first place they gave an excuse and said it’s not their problem. I insisted in them letting me get a different vehicle the same price or cheaper and they told me it can’t happened because that’d make my payment go through the roof and no one will take me because we just purchased the vehicle literally two weeks ago. The truck is a 2019 ram, listed as a certified pre-owed so the ball joints and tire rods should’ve been checked before selling it as a certified pre-owned.Business response

Mr. ***** did purchase a truck from us. He brought the truck up to have a key programmed and when he left the right upper control arm was separated. We gave Mr. ***** a brand new 2021 **** ***** ******** as a loaner vehicle. We worked on his vehicle the next day and replaced both the upper control arms and did an alignment. We noticed some cosmetic scratches on the front rim from where the arm broke and have ordered a new rim, which we should have the part in a couple of weeks. We have gone above what is required to help Mr. ***** and we provided him with a brand new car to use. After the service visit, we delivered his truck back to him (he lives an hour away) and we filled his gas tank. The only thing we need to finish the job is the rim. My service writer has been in constant contact with him and hopefully upon receipt of this letter to you, he will be satisfied.Initial Complaint

On May 21, 2021, I purchased a used vehicle from Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge and was provided incomplete paperwork to title vehicle, Per the State of NH DMV, an odometer statement must be completed by prior owner per Federal requirements. I have sent a few emails to the dealership without response and would like to receive the completed document attached below.Business response
