I placed an order to have all my windows/screens, sliding door and storm door and gave a deposit of $5000.00 on March 28, 2022; which left me with a balance of $5385. When they came to install the windows on July 8th 1 of the windows was the wrong size. And the screens for the office windows were damaged. On August 19th they came back to install the bedroom window, but did not have the screens. At this point I paid $4385.00 and told them that I would pay the remaining balance of $1000 when the screens were delivered and installed. On Oct 5th they came to "install" the 5 remaining screens, however when they arrived they only had 2 of the 5 screens. I have made numerous calls and sent emails, the last one on Jan 5, 2023 to have this ordered fulfilled.to which the owner, ***************************** replied to me saying: Ive been trying to wait for a response from the manufacturing before contacting you and have not heard back yet but wanted to touchbase ---- the guys opened the screens and they just are not to our standards they appear to be the correct size however not the quality I nor you would be happy with. Im having them remade. I apologize for this continued delay. As soon as I have more information I will let you know. Again, I apologize."To date, I have had no further information from Window World. And yes, while I still owe ******** I just want to have this order completed by the company. It is absurd that a job that began in March 2022 is not completed because the simplest "part", screens, have NOT been delivered! I would appreciate any help you can render to me to have this company complete my order!Business response

We apologize for the delay in reproduction of ********************** screens. As we are all aware, the pandemic has caused not only a high demand, but also a huge shortage in building materials/parts. As the industry continues to improve on time frames and production, we are still seeing those delays. Because we have seen the screens come in damaged, we will inspect them before calling to schedule a date and time to replace them. We are not a company to make due and settle for quality less than our standards with whatever we may receive from our shipments. We want them to be correct. Production is still catching up from the holiday weeks and we anticipate to see the order come in soon. We appreciate ********************** patience.Customer response
