      purchased new car in November 2022 and it has been in ***************** for two months. after first month there they returned vehicle stating the issue had been resolved. a week later the issue returned and managed to drain my car battery stranding me in the rain. as of today, they have not provided me a reason for the recent break down (stating they have not looked at car yet 3 days ago and as of today we will call you back as after he get off the phone and have not. I am concerned foremost that car may be a lemon and i feel unsafe in the vehicle and am paying for a luxury new vehicle that has been in the dealerships/ service possession half the time of my ownership to date. I aam very displeased with the product, the service.

      Dear **** Sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. With regards to the first month or two you reference your vehicle being in for service.  During that time, you took your vehicle to another dealer for your concern to be addressed where it remained for that period of time. With regards to what they found and what repairs they did, we would recommend you contact the other dealer so they can provide you with the most accurate information regarding the work or repairs they performed.A week later, after being at the other dealer your vehicle required a jump start. You then brought your vehicle to us. During our initial diagnosis we found a code for low voltage battery, which can occur for different reasons,for example, when a vehicle sits for a while without being driven, short starts and stops, pre-ignition being left on, etc. This was explained during your text message interaction with our service advisor. With your authorization we held your vehicle to see if the no start issue would occur again, however it did not. We tested the battery, and it tested fine. Additionally, we found no additional fault codes and the vehicle to be operating as designed. We apologize for any inconvenience and if you feel our communication wasnt sufficient. Rest assured that we will always do what we can to service you and all our customers to the best of our abilities. Thank you!

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

       

       

      No to date they have not resolved my issue. Secondly I lodged a complaint with the corporate office and was told I would get a response/ update with in 2 weeks and to date have not heard anything. So my issue has not been resolved.
