Absolutely terrible! My family has been with Bottini for well over 25 years. My mother refused to go with a different company even after they installed a new boiler years ago which had problems every year for the first four years!! My siblings and I were so fed up with the maintenance calls for a brand new boiler but my mother remained loyal! Now, years later, we called on the Saturday before Easter for service because we couldn't get the boiler to turn on after having been shut down for the winter. We drove three hours from Long Island to get to the house and pick up my 90 year old stepfather from assisted living to spend Easter with us. The office was closed, so we called the emergency line. At first, we were told a maintenance man would be there within one hour. Great. But then the woman from the emergency line called back and couldn't find our account. I gave her the acct number and she told me it's coming up as cancelled!! I had no idea what she was talking about. We never cancelled our account and we have a credit card on file to pay for all oil deliveries. She spoke to a "manager" who told her to tell us that they cannot help us because our account is closed! I was outraged. I practically begged the woman to let me speak with this "manager" and repeatedly told her we have a 90-year old man here with no heat in the house and that we just drove three hours to get to the house. She couldn't care less. She refuses to let me speak with the manager, who was useless. I'm a manager myself and I would never treat customers that way. I pleaded for help. They didn't give a ****. I said we would pay for the maintenance call and work out the "cancelled account" on Monday. Nope. Nothing. These heartless people couldn't give a **** if you freeze over night or if your holiday weekend is ruined.The way they treated us after 25+ years of loyalty was disgusting and unforgivable. The property manager *************************, or something, is not so bright as she believes lies. If you prank call her, she believes it. Not a college educated person, by far, as she did not do her due diligence. I'm not sure how she got her job. She should be fired or re-trained or find a new gig. Also, the techs that live in my complex which also belongs to this company are rude, dirty, curse, yell, intimidate and threaten other tenants because they do not get reprimanded or evicted so they continue this bad behavior. I heard one tech curse out my neighbor over a security camera he installed in the hallway near his door. This tech's voice was so loud it echoed thru the whole building stairwell. He was screaming and cursing at my neighbor thru the door. The techs that live here will destroy the landscaping with their work trucks while all other tenants get notices about if the grass is destroyed it will be added to our monthly rent, they drink and loiter in the parking lot, loud talking, making the place look cheap. The techs will smoke cigarettes and marijuana near your babies' bedroom windows and take their dogs to relieve themselves in front of your bedroom, livingroom and dining room windows and the ** will send out text notices but no one really listens but GOD FORBID the non tech tenant does something WOW the PROPERTY MANAGER will be so rude and will not listen. I doubt that these "ladies" are college graduates the way they talk to paying customers/tenants (there have been 6 different **s #redflag). The Black and Brown kids that live here have to play in the grass area while other children can do whatever they want, like loiter, destroy the bushes, and scream everywhere at any time. (So, there is a touch of racism along with discrimination here.)Review from Beth A

As of 10/25/2023: we had a leak in our furnace and they came within an hour and a half. Didnt have part but came next day at the time requested. Replaced the part. After a little while we realized we didnt have heat due to a lot of air in the baseboard heating radiators. The same guy came back within an hour and worked to fix the problem. Very good company so far as it is our first experience with them.Review from Joseph G

I was sent a letter telling me they wanted to start charging a tank rental fee. Neither a due date nor an amount was presented in the letter. Two weeks later, they deducted $175 from bank account without any invoice or warning. This caused an overdraft fee. When I called, they informed me that they had sent me an invoice the day before the withdrawal (an invoice I still have not received via post or email) and they doubled down on their tactic, saying that they were *********** withdraw money from my bank account. They could have called and made clear their plans. They did not. This company ethically dubious and not great in customer service.Review from Linda E

Im giving this company five stars because as of this year, their company is perfect! Last year when I first started, there was an issue on Christmas Eve morning, but the problem was taken care of within an hour. This year the technician came out to clean my furnace and this is why Im giving them five stars. They mustve done some re-organization by the other complaints for 2023. The representatives I speak to when I call into Bottini are friendly and very helpful. I couldnt as for a better company.Review from Cate R

Set up a cleaning service prior year. It seemed to disappear in their booking.I was called and offered the apparent 1 and only day left this month available on short notice and totally not feasible. Upon calling in return and trying to make them understand the dilemma they put me in.And at the least work hourly scheduling for cancelation list, which is impossible unless you don't work I had woman who was rude condescending argumentative and kept talking over me ..So basically paid a contract to which they never serviced for the annual cleaning Am seeking monetary return They lost a customer to which I would tell anyone to run far away from their business ethicsReview from WILLIAM A
