This company takes advantage and bullys you! I ended up paying over $700 to have a $35 cartridge installed in my shower handle, I had a leak coming out of the shower head. It took 10 minutes to install. He said $559 plus $159 to turn off the main water valve, plus tax!!! OVER $700. I paid it because it needed to be done, he was here. I said thats crazy and he said if I dont do it you need to pay me $159 for coming to the house. After he left I researched it and the average price to do what he did was $250 and the higher end was $350! These Manzo brothers really take advantage! Im on a tight budget and they were greedy and took advantage because I didnt know!!! Very upsetting!!Review from Stephen M

They came yesterday, and worked on a leak. When we went to use the sink an hour later there was a big leak. I called and was told someone would be here first thing in the morning. The next day (Sunday) I received a call asking if they could come first thing Monday morning. After telling the woman that was unacceptable, I was told the technician would call me as soon as possible. Monday is my busy day at work, I can't take off. I'm still waiting for a call back. When we were a potential customer we were a priority, now that we've already paid them close to $700 for an incomplete job now we have to wait. Spend your money with someone else.

We sent a technician back this customer's house on Sunday and took are of the issue. There was no reason for them to leave a bad review. Sometimes things start leaking after we leave and we always go back to rectify the problem as we stand behind the work that we do.
