      I had a contract with Allison for my wedding florals. I had reached out several times over email to catch up, give my new contact information, etc. and never heard back. She also updated her business email and never reached out to tell current clients she did that. I had to find out myself by scouring through her website. I ultimately reached out again once my fiance underwent emergency surgery from an accident. We had decided to cancel due to all of the incoming medical bills with him being out of work for recovery. I explained the situation and asked if anything could be done as no one could have seen this coming. I even offered to find a bride to take over my day. Allison offered no solution and I never heard back from her after she flat out said "too bad" - Mind you the wedding date was over 8 months out when I canceled. She will rebuttle and claim she edited our order once and "worked with us" but she said I had 3 chsnges before the wedding I could make and still be within said contract at the time of signing. At least I only lost $500. Don't waste your time. I'm very upset and that's just unprofessional behavior of someone who works in hospitality and bridal/wedding services. I'd recommend going to another faux florist (**** **** Bridal) or doing the florals yourself (**** **** flowers). She's a very inconsiderate business owner. I will never say anything good about my experience with this "business".

      I sorry your upset and I feel bad regarding your circumstances, but this is why there are contracts, to protect both you and I in these unfortunate instances. Our contract is no different than other wedding services provides, and states that if you cancel your wedding, you forfeit your deposit. I have been very responsive to you, especially since we were emailing regarding this last night, so I am not sure how you can say 'you never heard back from me'. I even worked with you earlier this year and allowed you to make several hundreds of dollars in adjustments due to financial difficulties at that point. I also explained to you that if you were going to reschedule, if available, I would transfer everything to the new date. As for finding a new bride to take your place, you did offer to do that, but truly I feel that your energy is better reserved for your fiancé and family. I'm sorry you feel I was unprofessional, but I feel I have gone above and beyond for you and your decision to be malicious towards me is appalling. Clearly all my 5 star ratings on several other sites, proves this untrue.
