I generally do not leave reviews however after my experience with Ernesto, Mark and Ted I couldn't NOT leave a review. I purchased a ***** *** from the company, however when I first inquired about it I had 210+ questions. Very detailed questions that were important to me. Ernesto the sales agent dedicated freely and patiently over 2 hours with me on the phone, including facetiming to help answer my questions. Then more! He was the THE reason I fly to Mesa to check out the car within 24 hours of our conversation. Then once I arrived there I had a short turnaround hence they had a driver pick me up from the airport. His name was Mark. Absolutely knowledge, skilled and knew everything about the car and the company. Kind kind so very kind. My favorite aspect of the entire experience was how they spoke about the owner of the dealership. Mark and Ernesto spoke so highly of "Ted" the owner, detailing specific stories about him and his integrity and just such an incredible human being overall. That right there demonstrates the culture Ted has created. Since that day I've had the honor to call in and meet Ted over the phone and everything I had heard about him was true and even more. I have been telling everyone about my experience and I highly highly recommend doing business with these 3. Thank you again! Sheri Then once I made the purchase after several more hours of Ernesto in person answering more questions, they were availible throughout my trip for anything I needed. A few days later I called back in the office and Ted, the owner answered. (This is my main reason I wanted to leave the review.)Review from Miguel R

Bought a 2012 ****** back in 2020. I was just browsing and made the mistake of leaving my phone number. Got called that day which is pretty normal. Told them I was already a customer and that I was not interested. Then got called 2 hours later. I didn't even bother to pick up. Then got called AGAIN 3 days later. I literally told them I wasn't interested to STOP CALLING. Then literally 10 seconds later I get CALLED YET AGAIN. I couldn't believe it. I was like " Seriously?!?! you guys just F****** called?!?! leave me alone!!!!!!!!" ............. Guess what??? I get another call from the same sleezy car salesman. I literally had to threaten him in order to leave me alone. I was actually gonna buy a car once I was ready but im not!!!!!!! Im still paying this off and I was just browsing. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET YOU MORONS TO LEAVE ME THE * ALONE????. IM NEVER GOING THERE OR GIVNG MY BUSINESS THERE EVER AGAIN. SUCH A TRASHY WAY OF TRYING TO MAKE A SALE. I have recently purchased a car from Auction Direct, September 2022 - have not even driven the car 10K miles. From day 1 this experience has been a nightmare: lets start with the initial scam with warranty and financing - I was told I needed to purchase a warranty to acquire financing. The tablet shown to me only presented 3 options with a warranty cost attached to each option. When I asked the sales rep he deferred to the finance manager who said yes I did in fact need a warranty. I asked three times and three different ways and was told all three times yes, the warranty was required. **This was later found to be a lie - when i called my finance company and was told I was not required to purchase this product which was a 3,000 cost added to my principal. I cancelled the warranty however this 3k went to my principal so despite my 5k down payment - i was out this 3k that i could have allocated elsewhere.....like perhaps the upcoming repairs i was not expecting having purchased a new vehicle which allegedly has a "comprehensive" mechanical check. **Allegedly!! Lets get to the repairs - Windows had small cracks everywhere - but was told they were filled and were not a safety issue so no they would not replace window. Back windshield scratched from a bad wiper Next - set out on a trip with my new car and upon my return 2 days later the flex pipe in the exhaust system had failed. When i picked the car up the windows seemed sluggish and were not rolling up and down properly - told them the motors sounded bad. Mechanics said that the motors were fine and they cleaned the tracks -guess what - two days later both motors needed to be replaced!! The warranty never covers anything according to the 5 people who were there nearly every time I go in. Ask if you need it! Flex pipe / window motors / windows chipped / Brakes / a caliper which i had to pay for and now a wheel bearing I am responsible for.....all in three months - avoid this place if you can!!! never been so furious with a car dealership in my entire life absolute SCAMMERS!!! I bought a 2012 ********** ****** April 29, 2022 it is now July 27, 2022, I drove my car about an hour away to take my kids to the beach so we could enjoy summer fun. (This was the furthest I have driven the car since buying it) on our way home my car started jumping around check engine light came on started flashing all my lights were flashing. have been trying to get ahold of a manager at the dealership and have not been able to get ahold of anyone have left several voicemails for them to call me so I could speak with someone about what's going on so we could resolve the issue no one has returned my call. I brought it to a mechanic that works on foreign cars and there is a whole list of **** wrong with it **** that should have been taken care of before the car left the lot. I also was sold a warranty for this car and it covers none of the issues that are wrong with it so now I have to pay 1,450 to fix a car I just purchased 2 months ago and am paying 20,000 for a car that should have never passed inspection!!!!!!!Review from Chris W

NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN MY WHOLE LIFE !!! Daniel M****** sold me a Standard 2016 ****** *******. I purchased the car with a $3000.00 down payment with a 3 year warranty on 11/21/2019. Initially the price was 7500.00, after the warranty, fees and taxes the total cost soared to almost 12,000.00. My car WOULDN'T PASS INSPECTION: dashboard lights started to appear: Passenger Seat Airbag; engine check light, oil light etc... I contacted them in 2020 to address the problem: Their IMMEDIATE RESPONSE WAS: My ISSUE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER MY WARRANT: IT IS A MAINTENANCE ISSUE. I NEED to repair myself. Here it is 12/2021 and my issue was NEVER ADDRESSED: ***** towed my car back to the Dealership on 12/6/2021. They NEVER CONTACTED ME...I called them after waiting for 2 weeks. I am GOING TO SUE IF I DON'T GET A RESOLUTION TODAY. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM AUCTION DIRECT USA. THEY'RE ARE SCAMMERS !!!!Review from Vinnie W.

Auto Auction Direct is a Professional, highly skilled, well trained Rip Off Scheme!!! They sold me a car (over-Priced), that was damaged (Front-end collision), they obviously his that fact very well, and when it became evident, (Headlight housing-broken seal) they wanted to charge me 400.00 to fix it!!! Eventually they did fix it (no cost to me) but when the Other side (Headlight housing) began to have moisture, condensation and the Same issue, They refused to pay and have it fixed! Again they Now want ME to pay 400.00 for damage that existed when they SDOLD me the vehicle!!!! There's a reason the old saying is DO NOT TRUST A USED CAR Dealer!!!! I'd leave a ZERO STAR rating, maybe half star, If I could!!
