1 star*Avoid This Dealership at All Costs - Total Scam**I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dealership, and I feel compelled to warn others. My son and I drove over 2 hours to get there after calling ahead, making an appointment, and ensuring the car we were interested in was available. Upon arrival, we were informed that another customer had just signed for the car--despite our appointment. The entire situation felt deceitful from the start. To make matters worse, the dealership employs a highly unethical practice. They force you to finance at 25% of the car's advertised price, even if you want to pay in cash. The car we were interested in was advertised at around $15k but when we chose to pay in cash, they suddenly tacked on a 25% "finance fee," bringing the total to over $18,000. This was never mentioned during our phone conversation. It was advertised in very fine print and you had to scroll all the way deep into the price description to see this information. Their behavior is outright unprofessional, and the bait-and-switch tactics they use are completely unethical. The staff was initially friendly, but once we began discussing payment, their attitude turned unprofessional and dismissive. It's clear that their only goal is to scam customers out of their hard-earned money. Please, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership. Their deceptive practices will only leave you frustrated and disappointed.Review fromMichael G

1 starExtremely unprofessional. I was looking to buy their 2022 tesla model 3 that they have advertised for $24,590 on car gurus. I spoke to *****, one of their sales reps, and he informed me that that is indeed the price of the vehicle plus taxes, plates, reg, and $175 doc fee. I said great, send me over the proposal so I can see the out-the-door price. He said I'd have the proposal by 3pm (call was at 11:30am) and did not receive anything. I called back at 5pm to ask for it again and I got it back about another 30 minutes later. I requested for ***** to give me a call back once he was done with the customer to discuss the $6k UPCHARGE IN PRICE compared to what we discussed. I was told he'd give me a call back... long behold, NO CALL BACK. I then followed up with them at 11:30am since I was still not called back and was told ***** was busy but he'd call me back as soon as he was done with the customer. 2pm rolls around and still no call back. I requested another sales person and she says "well the price advertised on car gurus includes a 25% down payment" (which is not disclosed anywhere on their car-gurus advertisement). This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic along with false advertising. This type of sales tactic will be getting escalated through the BBB, along with the ************* of ******** and Worker Affairs for them further investigate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP OR OTHERS ALIKE when they use these forms of what I believe are illegal sales tactics. If you're a sales manager or general manger reading this, I strongly recommend you properly train your employees on customer service and how getting back to leads when you say you will is vital to ensuring a successful business (coming from a sales person).????Review fromMelvin L

1 starSTAY AWAY!! Verified a deal with the dealership multiple times. Had a certificate of a guaranteed price off of truecar.com for a cash price with all fees and taxes included. Called the dealership three or four times before arriving to verify the price was correct. They assured me it was. After a 3-hour drive and meeting the manager they raised the price almost $6,000. I showed them my certificate... Even show them the website and they refused to honor the deal. They kept claiming that this was finance only. Even though the certificate clearly showed it was for cash. Stay away. Very dishonestReview fromNhung N

We wanted to purchase the car and they would not accept Check or cash and said you have to finance to get this price and we reluctantly agreed. They then told us small print it say the car is 25% more than advertised. What????? They now wanted $ ****** for a car advertised @ $ ******.00 Stay far away from this place. 1 starI noticed the vehicle on car gurus which the price was $31,800 and it stated it came with warranty which I drove over 6 hours to purchase on June 23,2023 when I get there the financial manager tells me its only that price if I put down $4500. Ok so that would make the car (********* then he goes on and ask me do I have $10,000.00 to put down which my credit is GREAT so I say no I was going to trade my car which they didnt want to do so that was ok as well so i signed once and initial I was told I had to purchase the warranty that warranty wasnt with the car but he stated I can take to ANY *** AND THEY WOULD FIX FOR ANYTHING WRONG SO TH AT WARRANTY WAS $3995.00 altogether it was supposedly $43,000 i purchase the car and I dont notice until I get to my family home the financial part was HORRIBLE ONCE I SAW THEY CHARGE ME $53,185.00 for this vehicle total sale is $85,265.84 which that rated is for someone with aweful credit my credit is mid 740 it got me to where I reside and then started bouncing uncontrollably Sunday night which it was parked all day Saturday and partly Sunday morning so June 26,2023 which was Monday morning I was at *** when they opened they kept my car which Certified Luxury kept ignoring *** calls and the warranty company wouldnt pay for the car which was in the shop almost two weeks they are one and the same they wanted to fix the truck with used *** parts and or after market parts they told me they were NOT PAYING *** THEY would fix but they knew *** HAD IT AND I CALLED AND THE GIRL HUNG UP ON ME TWICE IT WAS valve block built in compressor was releasing air while vehicle stop *** fixed and I had to come out of pocket $1796.00 the full price was $2473.06 which again I brought it at 4pm June 23,2023 it was in *** SHOP FROM JUNE 26,2023 til July 12,2023 because of the because they wouldnt pay it in full I get the car out and the same night it starts back and also the Air Bellows have leaks as well which now that is $2017.76.Review fromSandra O

1 starThey are complete crooks!! I drove an hour and a half to go to this dealership for a used Mini ****** that was advertised as being $17,800. Once I drive the car and love it, and am ready to start the paperwork they claim that the $17,800 price is 25% less than the actual price - because I'm required to put down 25% at signing. So the vehicle price was really $23,600!! And they went on to insist that the website states this - and even shows me on THEIR website that it says it - but when I go home and pull up their website on my laptop it says NOTHING about the 25% being added onto the quoted price! I couldn't believe what I was hearing; it's like trying to buy a house for $500K, putting down $100K as a downpayment, and then then being told that you're buying the house for $400K! I'm incensed and disgusted that this dealership would stoop to this level of trickery in order to score a sale. DO NOT for any reason patronize this business!Review fromEdson S.

1 starI purchased a vehicle at *** valley stream dealership back in October 11, where I saw their car online listed for about 17k thousand dollar, when I get there and talk to the manager now all the fees and warranty (written on a paper) goes up to 23k thousand dollar which I agreed to pay for the total amount of the car, they rushed me through the papers , had me wait at least 1 hour for the car to arrive, I ended up putting about half down thinking it was 23k thousand dollar the whole time , and they told me the big numbers showing that it was just if I was paying in 5 years with all the fees and interest, making me thinking that I did not have to pay such amount because I already put the half down of the 23k, the loan approved me at first then I went back to my city with the paper work , 1/2weeks later I get a letter of the loan rejecting my loan because of me not having any loan history in the past. They ran my credit multiple times as I had to wait about 2/3 months for my registration arrived not knowing what was going on , I kept calling and all they could tell me it takes longer sometimes for it to arrivenow Im reaching out to them and the lady at the desk always asks me why I need to speak to the manager like she has to know otherwise she will not let me speak to him she always says my manager helping costumers right now, Ill have him call you right after never happens 2 days on the row and nothing, when I first get the registration(title of the car) car info now I can check on the app and I have an extra 10k thousand dollar extra fees , I feel like Ive been scammed and hopefully something gets done,
