      I originally went to Leroys Auto Service for an alignment for my vehicle about a 1-2 weeks ago. After they finished it I received a call stating my vehicle is ready for pick up. As soon as I started driving it home I noticed the steering wheel was tilted to the left about 1-2 inches but it was indeed driving straight. (I assume they forget to put a lock on my steering wheel when doing the alignment.) On 1/10 I requested that my vehicle be looked at again and have JUST the steering wheel fixed to the original position. The service manager agreed and I told him I would drop my car off on 1/13 to have it corrected. On 1/13 I dropped off my vehicle and let him know that my vehicle was parked outside in the parking lot and handed him the keys. I proceeded to the lobby to wait for a ride home. About 5 minutes later I observed a mechanic enter my vehicle and do a small drift/180 around one of vehicles parked there and enter the roadway and accelerate at high rate of speed that prompted me to view my dashcam footage. During the video, the mechanic has gas the pedal to the floor, curses at me during the video, shifts my vehicle into neutral while the car is still in drive and revs it to the limiter, puts the car into reverse and shifts the car into drive while it's still going backwards, doesn't have his seatbelt on, almost ends up in the snow embankments, and ADMITS he had the car to the floor to the other mechanics and that it "smells funny". On 1/17 I returned to the business to show the owner the dashcam footage of his mechanic driving my car recklessly. He let me know that he didn't see anything wrong with the way he drove it and that it was a little "aggressive". I requested that he refund my alignment cost and refused and said he can return 100$. The Total amount was 240$. I'm requesting the entire amount returned to me. Due to the BBB not allowing videos, it's posted on YouTube. **************************** **** ** **************************** **** **

      This customer did request a refund for the alignment.  Which is what I offered him . The cost of the alignment was $95 plus tax. However there was parts that were involved in the repair to get the vehicle fixed and since the vehicle was operating properly after the repair I refuse to give that back. I feel the work was done correctly and offered the customer a partial refund as penance for what he deemed an over aggressive test drive. The customer proceed to smear our business on social media and proclaimed I tried to buy him off with $100. When in truth I offered him the refund per his request for the alignment. If the kid would like the alignment refunded I am still willing to do that. As far as the rest, the repairs were done properly as he stated.

      Better Business Bureau, It blows my absolute mine that Leroy’s still deems this as a “Regular test drive” when in fact I’ve gotten countless messages, and shares from the post. If it was a regular test drive I would have never gotten those. Man up and apologize for your employees that show no respect for other peoples vehicles. The total cost of the alignment was 280$. Your service manager even told me that’s what the average total would be. The 2 alignment bolts were 30$/piece as stated by him. I’m not sure where the owner is getting this 95$ from. The bulletin above the service manager desk stated that the alignment was 125$ when I went to make an appointment.I brought in cash and payed 280$ for the alignment. (He gave me a 5$ discount for paying with cash)The bulletin above the service manager desk stated that the alignment was 125$ when I went to make an appointment.I request the FULL amount back.

      The bill was $244. Not sure where Mr ******* is getting $280. He must have been mistaken as i am sure he would not embellish. The rest of the bill was Parts $56 and Labor for installation of parts $75. I did accept $240 per Mr *******'s request,for a cash discount. The alignment was $95 plus tax as you can see on the invoice.I believe that is fair considering the repairs we done with no issues. If the repairs were not done properly it would be different. They were done properly.
