I have timeshare with ********* and im trying to find out my balance with resort funding. Since I'm on *******, I don't receive monthly bills and I can't seem to find resort funding website.Business response

The website for resort funding seems to be broken and I can not figure out how to log into my account to access my payment history, account information or tax statements. When I search for the website several other sites like doxo and pagaloo pop up, but they seem to just be a way of paying on your account and not actually accessing your account information. It's extremely frustrating to have to try to call and talk to a person regarding account information rather than just being able to access what I need online. I have work hours that conflict with their business hours which makes it extremely difficult to call.Business response

Since you are on and have been on auto debit, we have not spoken with you. Auto debit accounts do not receive monthly statements. You can see your account information on our website.Our website is *********************. To access your account the first time you will need to register your account. To do this you will need your account number which is***********. When you access your account, you will see the following options.1. Your balance on the account2. Payoff quote3. Payment history4. My timeshare through ********* was given to “Resort Funding”. However there is no way for me to reach support. Their website of resorttfunding.com does not work. I have tried on multiple devices and different platforms. The phone numbers do not work. I have waited on “hold” for almost 3 hours and still did not get a rep. The call just disconnected. I’m unable to look up my account information, my account balances or even where my auto draft payments are going. The information that is given to me from my bank redirects me to the same website and phone number that does not work. There is some kind of doxo payment website where you can make a payment, however, without having your account number you have no idea where your payments are going or even a confirmation that your payment went towards your actual balance that again you cannot verify. So you would be making a payment to God knows who. I contacted Bluegreen, who the timeshare was originally through, they again redirect me to the same non-working phone number and website. Both Bluegreen and Resort Funding is a scam. They auto draft the amount out of my bank every month and I cannot even get my account information.Business response

Resort Funding LLC has reached out to customer ***** ******* account number *********** by phone and by email. Customer spoke to account representative Lucy Ludwig who went over hours of operation, phone number, and website information to access their account and payment details. Lucy then emailed the customer which is attached and gave her extension to speak with her personally if any additional questions or issues arise.
