Ordered a product from the online store of the retailer on October 22, 2022.Received a confirmation email of the order, and the cost of the order was charged to my credit card the same day.I contacted the business by email the next day (October 23) and asked them if they could add another part to the order. I received a reply email from the business that same day asking me to call them at ************** (****) to discuss my request.Tried calling and the number was busy. Tried calling 2 to 3 times per day every day since then (it is now Nov 1) and the number is always busy, or it rings a few times and hangs up.I have sent several emails to the business requesting assistance, the last one warning that I would contact the BBB, and no response.I contacted the manufacturer of the product located in ******, ******. They confirmed that the retailer is a legitimate distributor of their products, but they could not help me any further than that.At this point the order shows as 'processing' status on the business website, and I have heard nothing from the business since October 23 despite numerous phone calls and emails. I find it very unusual that the phone has no answering message.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I received the part that I ordered from osburnwoodstoves.com today (Nov 3).The part was shipped by ******************************** based out of ********************************, ******, ******.
I never received a shipping notice or any further communication from osburnwoodstoves.com after I ordered the part on October 22. Even up until this morning before the part arrived I tried calling the business (busy signal) and emailing (no answer).
So I will withdraw the complaint as it pertains to the part ordered, although I am okay with leaving a 'unsatisfactory service' review for the business.
In 50-odd years of retail transactions, this was the worst communication I've had regarding a product or service.
