Sent back on 8/13 2021 Expected Delivery 8/17/2021 It cost me to send It back, It was quite a bit. When looking on their website I found that they had received the package, on the 17th by a person named PAI, 1 week went by, so I called and spoke to a young lady that said she would send me an email that day, no email week 2 went by., so I called and spoke to a young man, and he was going to email me, and I am still waiting!!!. Even If they just sent me something saying that we are looking into It. Thank You. p.s. I would like my refund.Business response

This is regarding order #*******. I ordered two burner stove by looking at the picture posted on ************** Out of two, only one burner design was very useful for my style of cooking and that is the sole reason I ordered this stove. The burner design is very important factor of stove cooking. The heat distribution to pans depends on the burner design. The other burner wasn't useful for me which I don't care about. The item I received has both identical burners and does not have the burner I wanted and don't match with the picture posted on ************* I sent both pictures to TigerChef representative for comparison. Also attached here. I believe, I received an incorrect item and seek FULL refund with return shipping label from seller since it is not my mistake. The stove is unused and intact.Business response

We are sending the customer a prepaid label and issuing a full refund upon the product's return. These items are commercial grade products that are made in multiple locations and can have slight changes than pictured.Customer response
